Great community post office with easy drive up box for those hurried moments in life. Needed to mail a package while in Eureka Ca and I found this Post Office conveniently located…read moredowntown on H Street. The building looks like a historic building and when you walk into the lobby its like your going back in time. The old tile work is cool and neat to see the old mailboxes. I went about 10am and they had no line, I was able to get in and out. Lots of free parking around the building. They have free USPS shipping boxes and they sell tape and other size boxes if you need them.. The clerks were very professional and polite. Glad I found this spot and I would certainly return if I have to mail something again.

I broke my leg recently and was asking him to help put the box I was delivered inside the door when my dog got out. He waited patiently until I got her back in the house then helped with the box. The customer service was disappointing from start to finish. One employee in particular had such a loud, shouting voice that it was difficult to carry on a conversation with the person assisting me. Overall, the experience was frustrating. The customer service leaves much to be desired, and they appear to charge extra for nearly every small service. Based on my experience, I will not return and cannot recommend them to others.

Small-town US Post Office in Trinidad, CA. Small-town folks have a way of finding reasons to smile not if, but EVEN if. Makes a difference, even if I'm just mailing a letter. I ducked in here to mail a package of masks to my father in law in another small town in rural North Dakota... and while the USPS is the USPS no matter where you are in the country, some post offices seem to be more "efficient" than others. Glad to report the package arrived on time and in good condition. My hat is off to the good people of the USPS, but for this review, notably the staff of the Trinidad, CA 95570 office.
