The elderly woman who drives the delivery truck ALWAYS delivers to the wrong address. My parents are at 408 N 13th, and since she's too lazy to go into a alley and find the CORRECT HOUSE she'll deliver to N11th, S12th, and pretty much any other 408 in Elma. We've had to go on so many goose hunts to find our packages that people actually have OPENED instead of returning even though their names weren't on the packages!!! What was their response when we confronted them about it? LITTERALLY LAUGHING AT US AND SAID "Oh accidents happen all the time there's nothing we can do about it just go find your packages." WHAT THE HELL?!?!?! If you can't deliver to the correct address then you have NO BUSINESS working for the post office at all!!! As if this isn't bad enough, I was harassed into telling a male employee here what was in my MOTHER'S PACKAGE before he would give it to me. LIKE SERIOUSLY? What business of that is his? Are they even allowed to do this??? I hope you're satisfied knowing that it was her contacts asshole. Also a lady who works here was trying to force me to buy a whole new pack of packing tape just for a tiny spot that she felt needed tape. YOU ARE A POST OFFICE I know you have tape behind the desk you can use because I've seen other employees pull it out many times. The man working with her that day got huffy because I kept saying no to buying more tape and he LITERALLY THREW SOME AT HER AND STORMED OFF. Is this really the way to act in front of customers?! To add to all of this, they are slow as hell, rude, condescending, snarky, have a major attitude problem, and just shouldn't be working with the public. After all the bad reviews I've read on Google and now on Yelp the last few years you would think things would get better here but I have lost all hope for this post office. As it's out in the boonies, they don't have an automated postal center or anything but you can still go here to get your stamps and such.

This is one of them and this is for THE post office. You could almost miss it, since it's basically a modular home on bricks. This post office is similar in style to the one in Bucoda. Small office for a very very very small town.
