    Brown's Septic Service

My family utilized Brown's Septic Service in the summer of 2019. We were under contract for a home…read morein Alamosa, Co. and needed an inspection and service for the home's system. We had a somewhat limited time frame to get the work done, and though it was short of notice, and they are located two towns and more than 30 miles over, Brown's Septic accommodated us more quickly, and gave a better quote than the other available options. Under the current difficult times, and with a lack of effort being made by so many to fight for our Country's freedoms and economy, I was very happy to see that Mr. Brown is standing up for the right of his business and many others to keep going and provide for their families. And while I was remiss at writing a review after our initial servicing, my husband and I are more than willing to go out of our way to give them the support and evaluation they've worked so hard to earn. I would recommend Brown's Septic Services to anyone, and will absolutely be utilizing their services again in the near future. Thank you for all you do for the San Luis Valley! Gillian Dickerson

I love writing great reviews to people/businesses that deserve them. I would give 10 stars to…read moreBrown's Septic service if it were possible. We'll have to settle for 5 stars on this site. I didn't know one septic service from another; however, my plumber friend mentioned Brown's service. I not only love supporting a Mom and Pop family run business, but I was so happy to discover what wonderful people they are! I had the pleasure of meeting Keith Brown (owner) at my house the day of service. What a gracious, respectful man; moreover, it's reassuring to meet someone so devoted to their family. You immediately realize that he is a man who walks in gratitude and love for people. I knew even before he left that I couldn't imagine using any other service for this. I can't imagine why anyone would write a bad review about these people, as I've seen some on some of the review sites?? Many of the reviews oddly, had political overtones within them... as if to accuse another of something other than the related service? Firstly, what does a political belief (which we all have) have anything to do with running a septic service? Who are you people who are bringing into a septic review, some kind of personal wall or agenda... seemingly to do personal harm to a beautiful family who works very hard and earns everything they've earned. It sounds to me like some very ignorant people, stumbling over their egos and nasty, false belief systems. All of you who have tried to use your political stance to harm a hard working family is nothing short of disgusting human behavior. It actually wreaks of cleverly decorated narcissism. It sounds like you've been regurgitating the mainstream media all your lives, the way your reviews flow, with a nasty, toxic, display of stupidity. 'Ignorant until awakened' is how I refer to people like you. People, leave your political views off of Yelp. This is a great family run service; moreover, you will not be disappointed! -Dan Santelli, Moffat, CO

Just called Healdworks to talk to them about relocating a container on my property. Presumably…read morespoke to the owner. First he wanted a bill of sale for a container that has been on my property for four years. (I am relocating it about 100 yards straight back from its current location) I tell him that I will try to figure that out. Next, he asks If I bought the container from them and if not where I purchased it and if I had given them a chance to make the sale. I told him that I purchased from ContainerOne four years ago and that I had compared prices and ContainerOne was considerably cheaper. This seemed to set him off a bit. He started to get a bit chippy; I told him I would find another solution. They would have charged $400- $600 for the 100-yard relocation. And may have gained another customer, as we are looking to buy 2 more containers, however he failed at the customer relationship that apparently his higher priced container would have afforded me. We tried to give him some business but he gave me "the business " instead. What a tool.

Our stuff stayed so dust free with not even a spider getting in there that now we are buying one for storage on our property. Not to mention that these guys are some of the nicest people you will ever work with. The owner chuck has been more than fair and honest with us and we love his office staff Haley and terri. Two really nice ladies to work with. Definitely rent or buy a container from these guys if you want some storage. Other places had cheaper ones but these were by far the nicest and in the best shape of any we looked at. Well worth a few extra dollars and you will have a good business experience as well.
