Laundromat was clean and reasonably priced to do our laundry while laid over in Alamosa.

The lady that was the attendant snapped on me told me I didn't do laundry right then got mad and told me to leave if I didn't like it. She wasn't owner. And the dryers wouldn't dry after two hours. She proceeded to tell me that she would only talk to my husband because she liked him because hubby and I said same things to let her know and improve the laundromat. I wanted so badly to leave but when I have frozen pipes and no choice I'll go to a different laundry mat. read more

It has been years since I have had to use a laundry mat and I was mildly surprised it was clean and for the most part the machines worked (I had 2 dryer's not want to work). The owner can in close to closing and he asked if we needed more time and when someone said that they could use more time he gave an extra hour! This spoke volumes to me. I had accidentally put soap in someone elses laundry machine. I felt bad so I paid for her clothes to be washed. She was very upset and started complaining to the gal who was working there. I apologized and said "people make mistakes the soap I added was fragrant free, I paid for your clothes to washed maybe you should just say 'thank you'" The gal who was working there told me that I needed to leave and not to return. I am not one to cause trouble and was astonished at the way I was treated. I would have left but my clothes were in the mashine. read more

We've lived off grid for over 3 years this is the best laundromat in town yes the machines might have a little issue here and there but by far for the dollar that you're paying the time you get on the machine this is the best laundromat in town without a doubt read more

If I could give in 0 stars I would... The service at this laundromat is atrocious and way too expensive. Several times I have gone in w/ the same loads of clothing, (I don't own much and wait until it's all dirty to get it done), and each time the amount has varied, usually dependent on who is working. The same loads have cost me as little as 11$ or as much as 16.50$, why the difference? Who knows! But the lady on duty today, I asked not to make a triple load of my stuff and what did she do? Yep, then gave me the run around about it. I was also told to expect her call when my laundry was done, 4 hours later, I called and she happily informed me that it was done and had been for an hour...WTH?! So fed up! They've lost my entire house's business and we were in there most every week... read more

For a low cost all of my clothes were cleaned, folded, and in less than half a day for drop off.

I went to do laundry and spent 40 dollars only to find most of the machines broken down. My laundry got locked in a machine and I was told it would be 24 hours to get my clothes. I requested a call to the manager and I got screamed at as it was my fault. I asked to speak to the owner and got another manager who was condescending and talked to me like I was an idiot. I eventually hung up on her and it was another customer who unlocked the washer. Do NOT go to this place, it's a dive with extremely rude workers. read more

We were passing through Alamosa during our vacation. We scoped out another laundromat that was a bit scary, but found this one. It was so clean and the attendant (I neglected to get her name, but know she is Spanish) was so helpful and very kind. The location was super clean with some high capacity machines! Washers worked great same with dryers. One thing though I'm big on respect and there is a older lady with glasses here that is rude as hell. I walked up"excuse me mam could I could I get some dryer sheets" she looks up at me from her phone texting with and angry face gets up continues texting and walks to the back and practically slams the door on me so loudly and obnoxiously and says "how many!?" In an angry tone. I say "just two please" and again in a rude tone she says "30 cents!!" I give her the money for the dryer sheets and say thank you have a nice day and she just says "BYE!" I later on confronted her and told her I was going to leave a rude comment on her and asked for her name she refused and tried to be all nice how ridiculous. I do not recommend this place unless you like to be treated like garbage. read more

Zero Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I arrived at just after 7:15 pm and noticed that the posted closing time was 9:00 pm. An older white lady began saying in a snippy tone, "You won't have time to dry!" I only had a pair of jeans, a couple of shirts, a few pairs of underwear and socks...a small load. She was rude at the counter when I purchased some soap and fabric softener. I was beginning to fold my clothes at 8:45 when she came up to me and demanded I leave right then because she wanted to set the alarm. I reminded her of the posted 9:00 pm closing time. She said she didn't care. I asked for the name of the owner and she said she was the owner. I don't believe her. I can't see how a business can be ran by such a mean, nasty person. I don't know what her mental problems are. I would recommend staying away from this woman. I can see by one of the other reviews that other folks have had problems with her as well. I wish I could give this laundry Zero Stars but Yelp won't post a review that doesn't have at least one star. read more
