When our printer/fax machine went down it was imperative we get up back up and running as soon as possible. We took our machine into Southern CO Computer Supplies at 5:30 PM and had it back and ready for business by 9:30 AM the next morning! Great customer service and excellent price!!! If there was a 10 star rating that's really what they deserve

This place is a GREAT find!…read more I was in Monte Vista, Co, on other business, and wanting to deal with the local establishments as much as possible, I found Southern Colorado Computer Services, initially for office supplies. They do have a selection of paper, folders, and a darn good selection of printer ink, but it wasn't until this morning that I found out just how good their computer service is. I have a Compaq/HP laptop (Windows 7) that had been running slower and slower as time went on. I took it to SCCS and talked with Brian about the problems. Brian was highly knowledgeable and friendly, and said he'd look at the computer's performance just about right away. To make a long story short, a very dangerous and hidden virus was found ('Alorean [sp?]), and after getting the computer back, it's performance is like new - and the price for the service was incredibly reasonable! I don't know that much about computers, so the customer service from SCCS definitely deserves FIVE STARS. Need your computer worked on? Southern Colorado Computer Services is the place to go! (Note to Yelp.com: this is a legitimate five-star rating, so please do not censor or delete this review.)

She assured me that they were open. She gave me her number and said if I needed anything to call her and she would come to the mat. She was very nice and I like the fact that they stay open later!!! Getting off work at five there is not really enough time to do anything laundry related with out being stressed for time. Now that I know about this place it will be so much easier. So thank you to the owner !!!

Our hotel front desk recommended Kristi Mountain Sports for sand sled and board rentals. It was so…read moreconvenient. They had a location close to the hotel and easy drop off right in our lobby (literally so easy). The staff at Kristi's was so friendly and our daughter especially loved Shadow (the sweetest black lab mix). You can't beat the ROI on the rental price to fun ratio. This allowed us to have one of the coolest experiences ever with our 3 year old daughter. I highly recommend renting a sled and trying it yourself and with your kids. She just rode with one of us. We personally had way more fun with the sled and would rent 2 sleds and skip the board if we were to do it again.

These guys were awesome!…read more I called ahead to make sure they were open in the offseason. Closed two days in the middle of the week but the timing worked out for me. First off, the store is massive and has just about everything a Coloradan would ever need for outdoor festivities. The mission: rent a sandboard for Great Sand Dunes National Park. Consider the mission accomplished! I spoke with three different people over my two visits (one to rent, and the other to return) and they were just so damn friendly. Knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging for a first time sand boarder like myself. You can rent sand boards or sleds for $20 a day. Totally worth it, especially if you're staying in Alamosa. Other places offer rentals (many not near the park and many not open during winter). Kristi Mountains Sports earned their 5-star rating just by being good people. Thanks again for your help!!!

I'm camping at Zapata where there are no laundry facilities. I drove into town to wash my clothes…read more I stopped here because I didn't want to drive all over an unfamiliar town. The first thing I notice was a homeless person in the parking lot singing his heart out, which kind of scared me but I decided to go in anyway. I walked inside without my laundry just to make sure I felt safe. It looked clean enough so I went back out to my car to get my laundry. When I came back in the attendant very rudely asked if I'd been smoking in the bathroom. I laughed and told her I didn't even have cigarettes. She said " No, something else!" I was flabbergasted!! I had just walked inside and she told me I had to leave because she wouldn't tolerate my drug use! My head is spinning I'm so angry ! Apparently, this is a problem and judging by the neighborhood I'm not surprised. Take my advice. Drive a little further. I'm only giving one star because I'm grateful I didn't get stabbed!
