I still enjoy the good ol United States Postal Service. The cost of stamps has risen since the 1960s but the feeling of receiving a book of stamps and friendly letters was always a terrific feeling. I had a package go missing. The tracking number said it was delivered. However there was clearly no package at my home that day. I called the office with my concern and they diligently tried to find it. After a few failed attempts, we were able to find a satisfactory resolution. Although it was inconvenient and frustrating for them to lose my package, I appreciate how seriously they took resolving it. I do enjoy going inside. The counter clerks are efficient and knowledgeable. read more

What a bunch of lazy mail couriers! They never come to the home for certified mail. They drop a "sorry we missed you" paper in your mailbox so you have to drive 45minutes round trip to them. Which is not the dir croon I go at all. I have already complained prior about this and it's excuse after excuse. Typical lazy government employees! Do better clowns! read more

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They are a fine example of affirmative action. The post master is clueless. The front desk will tell you anything to make you go away. The carrier through our package in the dirt behind our mail box. We filed a complaint about a missing package. They called and fed us a line about it being stuck in customs even though the tracking shows it was past customs. We asked if the would take a deeper look or reach out to the Atlanta office where it shows it's at, they hung up. Another fine example of worthless government employees. 0 Stars read more

They are always messing up my mail! I get other peoples mail and not my own! When I have a package 9/10 times I have to call and have them track it down. However this last time, the lady I spoke with shook it off saying someone stole my package. Bs. She just didn't wanna help me find it. In the hole 200$ because of crappy mail service. read more

Moved to the area in July, as a reseller I ship many packages everyday and have many deliveries. My experience with this location is top notch, staff is always friendly and helpful. My carrier is awesome, always ensures my packages are in a safe dry location. Next time you are in the post office maybe tell the staff you appreciate them and thank them. read more

This post office is bad news! The mail carrier always delivers my neighbors mail to me and my mail to God only knows where! I called to finally complain and was told to sign up to have an email sent to me daily which would show an actual photo of my mail which should be delivered. What good does THAT do if I don't know where in the world she is delivering my mail? All that will tell me is that I did not get the mail I should have. How about taking care of the problem? Don't try blaming the customer for the mail lady who can't deliver the mail! I actually drive for 20 minutes to the post office down the highway to mail anything now. I can't risk my bills being late! They also have issues getting mail OUT too. I hope they work on this! read more

My package for my daughters birthday was put in the wrong box. When I went in to try and get help the man that helped me was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not only was this package expensive it was extremely important and they offered no help. He called the lady that delivered it and she said she didn't remember and might take a look at it. Which she didn't. I'm extremely upset and frustrated with how he treated me and will not be using usps anymore and recommending others do not as well. Pay the extra shipping fee for ups or fedex if you have to. You will never get your package using usps. read more

Kelly is my current mail lady and she, as well as all the mail ladies before her, are wonderful. I live on the worst road in the entire county so Kelly calls me and I run up to the street to get my packages. This post office is the best I've ever had. It is very rare that I have to go to the post office and do anything -- I can get my mail lady to handle it for me. :) read more

I dont know which woman my husband talked to, but she yelled and cussed at him as he tried to tell her the mailman's truck is digging a hole in front of our mailbox that he has tried to fix multiple times. She was jus being plain awful, even threatening to go to the mailbox with a cop... When he was trying to be nice about the situation. Worst post office I have ever dealt with. My husband was almost crying because of this unacceptable treatment. That woman should be fired. read more

My credit card payment got lost that I mailed 3 weeks prior to the due date. I spoke with the post master and said she would speak with my carrier and check elsewhere. I never got a call back. To avoid a late fee, I made the payment by phone 2 days prior to the due date. My credit card company just received my mailed payment yesterday. Now they have 2 payments of $770.00 each. After living here for 10 years, I never had a single problem with my previous carrier who retired 8 months ago. I'm not too happy! read more
