There is also a mailbox inside and one drive up mailbox in the parking lot. There is also a passport office in the post office. You can make an appointment online or at the main counter. They rip packages by shoving too many into our small box. Instead of putting packages that are too big for our small box into one of the bigger boxes specifically for packages, they just cram it in our small box which tears the packaging or smashes the items inside.They have also delivered the wrong packages to us, and delivered mine to a neighbor. When they lose one of our packages, their response is 'sorry', It's not a real apology, it is 'you're out of luck' getting help from them to find or replace the lost package.

My time and money was wasted TWICE because the first time I went to inquire about shipping a personal gift to someone internationally, he told me that absolutely NO packages are allowed to be shipped out of the USA and no packages are allowed to be received in the USA from foreign countries - no exceptions. I went home and researched and found ZERO information making any such claims, so I went back a second time and again "Paul" was RUDE and became HOSTILE and tried handing me an unofficial photocopy of something showing restrictions on shipping. I said that photocopy was nothing "official" with verifiable reference, and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was a young kid that looked like a deer staring into oncoming headlights. This supervisor had no idea what I was talking about and obviously had no idea the people he's supervising are turning people away from doing business there, and being RUDE and HOSTILE towards people just wanting to ship a gift overseas. The supervisor excused himself to go and do some research and after about five minutes came back and said he found no such restrictions on shipping in or out of the USA and gave me a form to fill out. At first the supervisor said perhaps the restriction is because I wanted to ship an old Palm Pilot and it has a battery in it. WRONG! Yes, the package needs to indicate it HAS a battery in there, but it no different than sending a cell phone or hand-held game. Ugh, it just SUCKS that we DEPEND on these people to KNOW what the rules and restrictions are, and I know there are many, but they need to KNOW what they are talking about and be able to back it up with verifiable, OFFICIAL documentation, and no matter what, don't be RUDE and HOSTILE towards someone that just wants to get information and do some business with them.
