They never look up or even acknowledge you or smile. They work at a snails pace and go out of their way to make everything harder for everybody. It seems to be run by the most miserable humans ever. They are super inconsistent on what they will take as far as boxes for returns or not. It just depends on whether you get someone in a good mood or not which is almost never. Customer service is nonexistent and they will charge you for absolutely anything they can. Seems like management has no desire to make any changes to better their service.

This was around 68th and Blondo where it turns into a RESIDENTIAL area and is also right by a school! Any items on that truck were definitely being thrown around with the way the driver was gunning the gas pedal at every opportunity. If their drivers are actively ignoring the laws of the road and putting other drivers in danger, I wouldn't trust them with my business.

My needs were met - I needed to mail a document, but I didn't have a stamp or even an envelope at hand. So I went and got that taken care of. There was a bit of a wait, as there were only two people working at the counter, and one of them was busy helping people with passports and things like that. One of those customers was irritated (understandably) as she had come in at her appointed time to get a passport. And was informed here that the machine to take the pictures (a camera?) was broken, so she would have to go to Walgreens or somewhere to get one. There is not a Walgreens or anything for miles around here. The customer said that she had specifically come to this particular post office because it is the one that offers this service. As I went outside, I did notice that the banner in front indeed says that that service is offered here. Also outside, I observed a lady walk over to the drive-up mailboxes to put a letter in. I had seen her inside trying to do that. There is a slot to drop letters in inside. But I think it's not labeled clearly; I recall coming outside like that to mail a letter. On this visit, though, since I got the envelope and the stamp, I was able to take care of all this at the counter.
