The latest disappointment is the fact that I got a delivery on Saturday and the post person decided to send it back to sender without even approaching me! I called and was told that they're gonna look into it and call me back and of course they didn't because every time I called them with an issue they say they're gonna call me back and they never do! I give gifts every year and yet I am treated poorly! Some of the laziest meal people I have ever encountered. There are only two decent delivery people out of that post office and unfortunately they're gonna be held accountable for the mistakes of their coworkers and not get gifts this year!!!!!

When there is a package, another key to a larger mailbox on site is supposed to be left in the mailbox. I've been keeping track. Of my last twenty-five packages, fifteen have either not been in my mailbox when the US PO tracking system shows they have already been delivered. Many packages, or the key to the larger mailbox, mysteriously show up in my mailbox days later. Some never do! Complaints to the River Road Post Office in Eugene, Oregon are treated rather breezily and not taken seriously. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THEIR BAND OF IDIOTS CAN'T SIMPLY GET THE PACKAGE OR A KEY IN THE RIGHT MAILBOX? THERE ARE ABOUT FIFTY BOXES, ALL CLEARLY NUMBERED AND REACHABLE. Great counter, not a lot of people in line, happy smiling counter staff who quickly found my package. Lots of laughter and smiles, GREAT experience! I tried to an Amazon return in Eugene and was asked to pay a fee. Amanda went the extra mile to make sure a copy I needed was done at the highest possible quality, and the copy charge was very low. Where possible, they accept mailing material for recycling. Each person there always makes sure I am happy with our interaction before we finish. I will always choose this UPS store over other locations.
