    They need zero stars, been waiting for package from Columbia, which originally shipped from Belton…read moreMO. Which is literally 2.25 hours away. It's been in Columbia warehouse since Thursday night, today is Sunday. Everyday I get a email telling me it's out for delivery, everynight I get another email saying it's coming the next day. I have received this same email over and over. Still no package ( Sunday) and it contains medication for my pet. Calling customer service is a joke, the excuses it's the busy season, we have other customers on the line etc. DO NOT promise is a delivery date if you can't commit and follow through with that date. US post office , United Parcel service, Amazon etc. all can meet their commitment at this time by hiring extra help. There is no extreme weather delaying this package. I could have walked, crawled, been pushed in a bed while in a coma from my house and it would have been a quicker delivery From this point on any company that ships FedEx will not get my business. FedEx couldn't care less about customer satisfaction, it's pretty evident when I have spoken with a " representative" for the last 3 days. Calling corporate office in the morning maybe they can straighten out the Columbia warehouse location , but I'm sure I won't be the first compliant they have received about horrible customer service. My expectations with anything changing is zero.

    This business is now closed…read more I used their repair service when my laptop was under warranty. It needed a new keyboard. They took 3 days to fix it. The supposedly new keyboard gave up the ghost shortly after the warranty ended. in retrospect I think they may have installed used parts. I took another mac in for repair later. The trchnician thought it was still under warranty. She saw a scratch on the case and said " This computer has been abused and that voids the warranty." " It will probably cost a bunch of money to fix." "You'd be better off buying one of our new ones." I did take the ladies advice except for one detail. I did not buy my new computer from them.

    This review only addresses a class that was billed "Mac Basics". The price of what was supposed to…read morebe 2 hrs was $38.00. The instructor was a very fast talking person who had not one clue of how to communicate basic information. He talked quickly in a monotone and switched screens rapid fire. I had not one idea of what he was talking about. To compound matters the class was held on the busy sales floor of the store. There was not only an echo, but the loud talking of the sales associate and customers made hearing almost impossible. Unbelievably, two dogs managed to get into a growling-barking match at the same time. When I interrupted him with what seemed like an easy question, he was baffled! He abruptly stopped the class after an hour or so. I did not complain about getting shorted, I was just happy to get the hell out of there!

I walked into this store #2772 and have never been treated so poorly. I have worked in retail for over 32 years as a store manager of a large grocery store (Vons-Safeway), so I am aware of customer service. Your employee 129401 (the older employee) they may have been sharing the same register was so rude to me when I needed assistance for sending my amazon return. She claimed my return needed to be in the original box that it came in (the box came with 650.00 worth of products and the box was huge, so the box that the product came in within the box was taped and I handed it over to her and she said she couldn't accept it as it was because it needed to be in the 'original package', which it was and how I received it. She continued to explain that I needed to purchase packaging for the box to be sent. The instructions from amazon were - "Boxes should be packed and sealed before dropping off at The UPS Store location or packaging charges may apply" The box was sealed and was the original box it came in, not the full box (650.00 box) but the box was sealed and secure. In the UPS store I frequented in California, I have returned other items and they scanned the QR code and slapped the label on the box and it was fine. The clerk kept telling me that it would not go through if it wasn't re-boxed. I had to pay an additional 12.23 for the package to be sent. Amazon had it as free shipping. I also had two labels I had sent through my email to be printed as we have just moved in and we haven't set up my printer. She said that it would not be ready until 5:00 pm, my visit was at 2:41. She was reluctant to check to see if it was in her queue to be printed, she finally printed only one copy (I had 2 pages to be printed) The copy was a UPS label for an item going to Boll and Branch. She told me that I probably will not get credit back because it was not re-boxed, which would probably cost me another 12.00. I had to send another item from Boll and Branch back in California and I sent it back exactly like I did, and did not have any problems. I just checked to make sure that the UPS tracking for the product from Boll and Branch and it did not go through until today. My whole experience literally made me shaken and want to throw up. The clerk was pleasant to others, but for some reason she was just awful to me. I am a Hispanic professional woman that has just retired. I wonder if that had anything to do with my transaction. The other clerk was very pleasant and kept looking over to her as she was working on my order. I typically do not ever write any type of review, but I am still shaking my head on how or why I was treated the way I was. I hope you can use this review for this particular clerk and let her know that it changed my whole mind on ever bringing my business to the store. I had to return a FedEx box as well up the street at Smart Printing Centers and it was a full 360 degrees difference. The clerk was cheerful, helpful and pleasant. What a difference. I will most likely using them for my shipping needs. It's unfortunate that as an owner/manager that you are showing your employees on how not to treat your customers. Three things that you have wrong in your synopsis. 1) The FedEx box never came into your establishment because I knew I had to take it up the street 2) The box did not contain hazardous materials. The box was the original box and there was nothing in there that was hazardous. 3) You still did not print my second page from my print job, which I paid for prior to arriving. It was 2:40 and it was the first time you checked the queue, your other employee stated as so. 4) You charge for boxes that are unnecessary for your own profit. I know now what 2 UPS offices I will not be visiting and or bringing my business to.
