Instead of answering my question, he spoke to me like I had never used a copier before, telling me to "just put the ID on the glass and flip it over." I asked again, trying to clarify how to get both sides on one page, but he just repeated the same thing and walked away. So I followed his instructions: copied the front, flipped the ID, and placed the first copy in the feeder, assuming it would print the back on the same sheet. I ended up paying another 85 cents just to get a duplicate of the front side again. At that point, I was clearly frustrated. Another employee came over and told me it's not possible to make a front-and-back copy of an ID on one sheet using their machines. I asked why no one mentioned that in the first place. His response? "You didn't talk to me." Seriously? This isn't the first bad experience I've had here. A while back I asked for paper maps--the kind they used to have near the entrance--and the staff acted like I was imagining things. This location feels like it's falling apart. There were 3 guys at the front desk yesterday and when they gave me a price of $26.18 to mail a 1pd 9 oz package by UPS from Brooklyn to Staten Island, not overnight, not express, just standard UPS ground residential, I couldn't believe it. I asked them what their service fee was and not one of them would answer me, and it is not listed separately on the receipt. Then I asked them how much USPS would cost and I was told almost $24 when it is usually around $9 and change there. These prices are outrageous, and I think that we should have the right to know what kind of service fees they are charging us. I would never ever go back there again.
