Third time I order a package, says it was left at mailbox, but when I check there was nothing. I work retail so I understand the rushes and the crazy amount of duties to be done throughout the day, but I genuinely cannot figure out the logic behind the delivery team. In store: every single person I come in contact with is professional, courteous and gets things done quick. But that sure does come at a price. What a let down. read more

they don't even try to deliver our orders, they are just lazy people who don't like to work, staff at post office are rude as well.

LITERALLY THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE CITY!!! Drivers are lazy, don't bring the packages, all of a sudden, you have to physically GO to the post office to pick up your package. I'm so tired of trekking to this crappy post office, waiting in line, only to get incompetence at the window. Zero stars, highly DO NOT recommend! read more

This is the worst post office in the Bronx. Staff is rude and lines are always long. You def have to come early on weekdays when they open if you want decent service and minimal lines. If you live in this zip code, they will say no one is home even if you are home all day for packages. They also refuse to leave packages inside mail boxes. It's insane. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. Lazy people. The carriers never deliver your packages. "No authorized recipient available" THIS IS A LIE. I WAS HOME ALL DAY WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE. When I get to the post office to pick up my package, first of all the workers there are entitled and rude. I said I'm here to pick up my package and she tells me that the package is still out for delivery. When I show her that the package is at the location and ready for pickup she tells me that the driver doesn't back to the hubb just because of my package. And when I ask for a supervisor she refuses service. When I call asking for supervisor no one answers. read more

US Post Office - Post Offices Near Me - Bronx, New York

sad I can't give 0 stars because this place sucks, overall customer experience 0/10. they are supposed to close 5 PM and the girl shut the window down at 4 for picking up and ask everyone to make the same line as if we were sending packages and when I waited my turn (20 minutes) they told me to come back tomorrow for pickup like she couldn't just say that instead of making everyone go on line for no reason read more

I've seen the reviews and don't come to this post office often, it still has terrible staff. I come in to ship out a package and the worker has an attitude when I realized I made an error with my shipping label. I fix it and go in line to try again and suddenly no more attitude after someone called her out on it. I work in customer service so I can understand frustration but you should never take it out on customers. That lady needs help. read more

Lazy staff. They don't attempt to deliver & when you schedule a redelivery they STILL won't deliver. Need to rehire carriers asap

I've come here and had a customer tell me I'm in the wrong line, an employee let him skip a 20 min line for doing so? And then when I got to the end of the wrong line another employee told me to go to the other one, and skip the line and they'll let the other workers know. Instead I was bombarded by a bunch of strangers accused of cutting the line it was very chaotic I literally started crying and I was just there to get a package before work lol od stressful. Definitely the worst postal office I've ever used across nyc. read more

WORST POST OFFICE IN THE ENTIRE NYC! I've lived in this city for 33 years in about 7 different neighborhoods across the 5 boroughs and plenty of post offices and never have I ever dealt with people so lazy, incompetent, rude, snarky and to top it off RETARDED. These clowns don't want to do their jobs at all. They lie and put "delivery attempted" but didn't attempt anything at all then when you go to pick up your expensive package not only do they not want to help you find your package they'll give you an attitude and ask for way too much info to get your package, more info than anyone asks for out of all the post offices I've been to they're the ONLY ONES that do this. On top of that it seems there's plenty of people who also don't get their packages delivered so this is a problem that's RAMPANT at this office. How people like them don't get FIRED is beyond me. I must need to find a way in a job there so I can sit around with my thumb up my A** and steal peoples packages and money, don't get reprimanded for it and still get paid. What a bunch of nincompoops. This is why the Bronx has a bad name it's people like THEM!. Long story short THEY SUCK read more

Always have to pick up with these guys, they say they attempted to deliver, which is a lie since I was home all day waiting for the package. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Worst post office ever. I am pregnant and they keep saying they attempted delivery - when I am home all day o know they have not. This has now resulted in me going to the post office at least three times a week. I am now getting ready to go again to pick up a basinette that is quite heavy at 7 months pregnant. Due to them not even wanting to delivery so marking it as "no one was home instead " they can't even play that they attempted as I have a camera outside my building and while revoke footage it is obvious they didn't even TRY to deliver any of my packages Edit : third day in a row with same issue. Now reporting as business was closed .. it's an apartment building LMAO read more

employee thought 9am with over a dozen customers waiting in line would be a good time to spray raid all over the counters. it's always hot in there but to essentially hotbox customers with toxic chemicals is crazy. her boss continually told her to stop & she kept spraying raid. i'm dizzy as i'm typing this read more

I always have to pick up the package at this post office because it always says they attempted delivery when I was home the whole day and they never knocked on my door read more

I'm going to start by saying how is this place even open ?????? Like no seriously the people that work here act like they off the street. One employee named River was so disgusting mean and nasty I couldn't even believe that a POST OFFICE person was talking to me this way. Then another man who claims to be a supervisor gives me FOURRRRRRRR packages when'll I got home none of them were mine this week place is horrible. Everyone just seems to be miserable why are you working somewhere if you don't like it. I really wish this wasn't my postal office and it sucks this is what I'm stuck with. read more

these delivery people are the worse and the laziest liers attempted delivery 1030am really cause you must be invisible to my 2 cameras or are you guys wearing invisible suits. i hope these people go out of business i dont mind paying the extra to ups and all other mail be emailed. were in 2020 anyway read more

They constantly lie about attempting delivery. The people that work at this post office are the laziest!! I understand with the current pandemic going on there could be delays, issues, etc. However, they have been this way since way before and only get worse with time. Either close this post office or hire people who actually want to work!! And now they have u waiting outside the post office in direct sunlight only allowing like 2 people in at a time. They don't even care to accommodate the elderly or people with small children. read more

One of the absolute worst places to ship or get deliveries with. I really do relate to those other speaking of invisible delivery drivers because damn, you'd think they're reliable and yet act like ghosts when it comes to deliveries. Instead of just pretending like an attempt was made to even get in the building, why not leave it at the grocery store that, you guessed it, people at AMAZON do? You want to make sure that someone gets their package? Leave it at the corner store, don't know how complicated that is read more

They always lie when the packages are delivered. they also have horrible service. At 633 st Anns ave the customer service is horrible people don't know how to have a good attitude and apparently they don't know how to do their job. read more

I have consistent issues with this post office location. I often order from Amazon and 9 times out of 10, I don't get my package actually delivered. I've had carriers literally ring my buzzer, I let them in and they don't actually come to my door but leave a delivery attempt notice in my mailbox instead. Other times they don't even bother ringing my doorbell and just leave a notice. Most times however, they don't do either, then claim on Amazon's website that they attempted a delivery. Once a carrier even stepped into my building and just left my package at the foot of the stairs! Horrible service. read more

This is the worst place they always having delivery attempts and they say they have the package at their offices but when I go to pick it up they "don't have it" last time they didn't even scan my package in the office so are they trying to steal packages? Because it's always the same story that people we have to do something about this we can't live like this, lets get this place shut down and open an investigation of what is happening here and also they are racist and really rude. The manager is the worst. We have to so something because something is off in this post office. Lets get this place shut down. read more

I wish this place would be investigated and shut down. Packages go undelivered and marked with false delivery types. Good luck receiving anything from Amazon or elsewhere. Even their supervisors will give you a run around and claim you were never home. Also if you buzz a mail courrier in your building they won't come up stairs and will walk away, leaving your package on their trucks for weeks. I feel like that qualifies as tampering with the mail when they make excuses not to do their job but for some reason they get away with it. read more

Mail couriers consistently make false delivery attempts. Multiple times I have waited at home expecting a package, but it never arrives. Whenever I check online for the status of a delivery, it is always marked as "delivery attempted," even though no one came to my building. The couriers never ring, knock, or leave a notice. I always have to go to the post office to ask where my package is. read more

This is the worst post office with lazy staff. Every time I order from amazon they always leave a notice of delivery attempt. I'm always waiting all day for my packages and never hear the gate open or attempted to be opened. They need better people to work who actually care to work there!! read more

I've waited all day at home for two packages from the post office to come. Just for them to say the package was undeliverable. What attempt was made? Did they see there was no elevator in the building and decided hat it would be best not to deliver my package and make me miss work tomorrow to go and get it from the post office. read more

Horrible ! Three times my packages were marked as delivered in/at mailbox and I never received them! The mail carrier is either stealing them or placing them in someone else's mailbox! She delivers the mail late and looks intoxicated read more
