Car has a light warning light which can just be a factory default but deff was not addressed. Also them attempting to want to fix it... You might as well take your L and do it yourself. I was also told that the people answering the calls and arranging the appointments are not directly affiliated with the company and don't know what they're talking about. There was also a $6K increase between what was advertised on CARFAX and the actual price. Someone over the phone also tried to pressure me to begin the finance process before I even saw the car. I called the next day to file a complaint, but I'm sure if the person I spoke with was actually a manager based on what I was told about who is answering the phone.

After going to several dealers who basically wanted to push to me what was dusty on their lot, Christina asked me what my needs and budget were.Then she found me the car I needed. You'd think they would be a premium for that but, actually the pricing was fair. If that wasn't enough, since I needed the car in Ossining, they actually delivered the car for me(plus they took care of the DMV). What dealer would do that? Wow that took so much stress out of the deal. Check them out, ask for Christina. If they don't have the car you need on their lot, I bet they have the resources to get it. PS - I didn't need financing but, they seemed to be connected with several banks. So I'd bet that's not a problem either.
