This was my first time ever seeing this employee. I ship out packages from here with fedex packaging never with any issues from the younger Asian gentleman who has helped me all the other times. Older Caucasian guy didn't bother to say "hello" when he first saw me, he also assumed I didn't want a receipt I had to ask him to print me one and he seemed unhappy about it. As I grabbed the receipt from him i looked at his name tag and thanked him saying his name. He seemed caught off guard I can't remember his name...I'm not a Karen I swear I just expect decent customer service and like to share my negative experiences...He also asked "what are you doing?" As I was taking photos of my packages to send to my customers.... I'd give this location 5 stars (I live nearby) if I was basing my review on location, cleanliness, and customer service from the younger Chinese guy. Thank you to him for always giving great customer service and very helpful! He deserves a raise, the other guy needs to take some notes from him.

The staff have always been pleasant and helpful the many times I've come here. Need tape? They've…read moregot it. Need a sharpie? They've got it. Need last minute cards? Or stamps of course all PO have them. I've dropped countless packages off here and got plenty of postage as well. The long lines may seem deceiving during the holidays but they had a full staff working the desks so the wait time was short and went pretty fast. Parking spots are limited. Several blue drop boxes for mail drop off but not large packages. Interior is clean. There's almost always someone cleaning in the early mornings before they open the doors. Thank u staff and PO drivers for all you do to get our mails and packages delivered safely and in a timely matter.

Javier got right back to me by text when I sent a photo and a query about my project. They were at my home 2 days later with a French cleat (I've heard about them but never used them) for the secure large art installation. Javier and Kell were super careful with my furniture, and irreplaceable wallpaper. They also hung a huge mirror, and rehung a piece of art 9' up that was improperly installed. Honestly, I could not be happier and I'm here to tell you to save yourself trouble and aggravation and call them to help you. I was expecting a crazy bill for their services and was DELIGHTED by the final price. It was quick, they were professional, nice, and knew exactly what they were doing. I'm a very happy customer who will definitely call them again.

Fedex refused the claim (probably because it was insufficiently packaged). Seven months later, after countless excuses, delays, finger-pointing, etc., he sent a check for partial payment for repairs but still has not reimbursed me for shipping. He now does not respond to email. Not once during this whole fiasco did he proactively volunteer information or solutions. This is not a professional.

With the loss of the location right next to the airport, having this location open up on the opposite side of 205 is basically just as convenient. Even better, I've been able to just walk in and approach the counter immediately, every time. The place is usually empty, and the attendant on duty must frequently be summoned with the bell out front. No passport services offered here (yet), but they are apparently working on adding this in the future. Other than that, it's your usual post office, so you know what to expect...except the lines. Hopefully it'll stay that way! Also, big shout out to Bing, who (in addition to being the only employee I've seen work here), is very helpful and friendly, even helping me save $10 by on my last mailed package by offering me a cheaper shipping option!

After finding out one of the pictures was my annual "get away" place, she incorporated that picture with her suggestions.
