I really appreciated how each customer representative took the time to answer all of my questions regarding different shredding options, pricing, and the shredding process. This was my first time using any shredding company, and I had called several other companies in Portland to request quotes. Some of the other companies weren't that friendly or helpful, and others were much smaller operations that functioned out of a person's home (which didn't feel as secure to me). I found their actual number online and after waiting about 5 minutes on hold, the person who answered would not help me without an account number. I let them know the situation the specific hospital I was at and told them I could give them the exact location; they still refused to help me without an account number. Know that HIPAA information is not safe due to their atrocious business practices.
