Nice service- This post office is very quaint. I was running errands, and found this gem. It is very easy to drive pass. This post office is connected to the bank. What I liked about this post office is the ease of parking at the door, they did not have a line, no long waits. The clerk was very friendly, efficient, and fast. This appears to be a neighborhood post office, wherein the postal clerk knows everyone by face or name. I gave this post office four stars based off the ease of parking, friendly service from the postal clerk, as well as the ease of mailing off my package. This was as perfect of an experience that anyone can have when going to the post office. I went around 3:30, and it was perfect. If I am running errands in the area, I would definitely go to this post office, and I recommend giving it a try. read more

Man oh man, literally the worst ever. Why would you put the actual worst postal worker in the world at the counter of this post office. Impressively slow, unpleasant, and seemingly unconcerned with how frustrated the growing line of customers are. And she's been there' FOREVER. Just... amazingly shockingly and consistently bad customer service. No wonder FedEx and UPS are doing so well. What a shame. read more

It's a shame because...believe it or NOT....this place USED to be the Gem you DIDN'T tell others about....FAST, COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT!! (Is it Really SO HARD???) And that was EVERY day. And No Closing Down for lunch in the Middle of the DAY!! If you're like a LOT of folks, that's the only time we may Have to GO to the PO, and hopefully NOT spend the whole lunch hour (or break) Waiting, if you're lucky. What IS THIS, Mayberry? Or the Siesta Hour? But they sure keep raising the Rates like Clockwork, as the service deteriorates. No wonder so many folks are disillusioned by the callousness and lack of compassion of service people. And small as it IS, back THEN there were seldom any real lines...and if SO, they went double-Quick! Worst customer service. Went there at 10AM & no one there to open until 10:35AM. Gloria is the most unpleasant person to deal with, clearly she hates her job and doesnt care who knows it. She always acts as if the customers are an inconvenience and a bother to her. read more

I like that it's real close to my job...I can go there during my lunch hour...BUT, the lady at the counter (or whoever is working that day) also takes a lunch hour and there's no backup so they close for an hour...I've been there a few times and it was closed...I've also been there once and had the door locked in front of my face read more

They don't even deserve 1 star! The lady spent 10 minutes laughing and talking to her friend who came to visit her as the line of people waiting got longer. Finally, when she decided to come back to work, she told me she only had 1 minute left on the clock and will close at 2pm so I should take my package to either Hackensack or Teaneck because they will close later. HORRIBLE SERVICE! How do they hire these people?!?!? Very rude on top of everything too. A damn shame. There's obviously no standard of customer service in this place or any manager that cares how their workers are acting. And I believe if you still have 1 minute on the clock left, you should finish that transaction, no? Maybe the time spent chit chatting with her friend could have waited until after work hours. I pre-pay my packages to avoid lines, which is your best bet for this office. However, though its very close to home and work, they seem to have computer problems more often than not. Unlike everyones review I always have a nice experience with the woman at the desk, working with people is not easy, but I would say to try to go early in the morning, or from 10-12 on a Saturday when it's less busy. Prerequisites for employees at this post office: must spend 40-60% of shift on personal calls, the nature of which shall be complaining about working conditions at said post office. Must speak and move at one-sixteenth the speed of average human being. At closing time, must lethargically leave main counter for an endless stretch to go lock the lobby door in order to keep approaching customers out--never mind the patrons still inside the building who cannot escape the stifling tyranny within. read more

Employees just never seem to care, lines are always long because the employees are chatting with customers. Just slot of laziness and inefficiency. Much better to drive up to either of the Teaneck post offices or maybe another town. read more

Went there to mail a birthday card because I needed a stamp. When I got there I noticed the flap on envelope wasn't staying sealed. I asked counterperson for two pieces of scotch tape and showed her why. She tells me they don't give out tape. Really??!! It's not like I was sealing a package up from scratch and wanted to use their tape. No customer service at all. Couldn't spare 2 small pieces of tape? Shoulda made a scene but my card probably would be mysteriously lost in the mail. read more

AWEFUL! AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came here on my only hour of freetime a day (I work full time as banker and part time as a nurse) to send out a small package. I went to grab an envelope and the woman working said "you have to pay for that first" ok no biggie so as im paying for that she goes "were closing for lunch in 3 minutes" so I replied "ok it will only take me 2 seconds to fill out the envelope" again she repeated herself and already annoyed by the first time she said it I ignored her. I quickly filled out the envelope and brought it to her where she very nasty said "keep in mind we close for lunch at 2:00pm and if theirs customers in here I cant close" it took me all of my willpower not to curse this inconsiderate rude woman out! like boohoo cry me a river! its called customer service lady and if you cant go to lunch on time AWE WELL!!
