I like the fact that they don't waste my time and get me out the door as quick as I can. Since Covid started, I've notice how freakishly busy shipping has gotten. There's sometimes half a dozen people there waiting in line, and the UPS team at Hamilton will often call out to or walk the line to ask if anyone has pre-labeled packages, so they're not standing there for fun. It's a group of really unique people who all seem to answer the same questions every day, figure stuff out for people who can't remember their Aunt Suzy's ZIP code, and politely tell people they can't take FedEx packages. I've even seen them literally show a guy how to open their front door when the guy couldn't figure out how to push. Seriously. So I've noticed the best thing you can do is to figure out in ADVANCE what you're trying to do and where you're trying to send your box o' goodness, to help them do their job as best as they can.
