They charge for everything. A 6-in piece of tape is a dollar. Print out a piece of paper is $1. Plus a $2 charge to use a computer. 100% bull. They are already getting the money. It cost to ship a package. Why do they need to nickel and dime dime? Everyone for every single item needed to ship a package with their company? Go to Staples instead of this crooked UPS store. I had an Amazon return to make. They are listed as a place that you can take your Amazon return. However, I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend you go somewhere else. I thought my QR code could be used to make the return. That is how it is all the other places that accept Amazon returns. However, they want you to have the packing slip printed. I did not print either of those things because I've never needed them for an Amazon return at any of the other places. But seeing as it's a printing service center, I figured it would be no issue to just print my label there. But of course it is an issue and they charge you $2.50 to print one single piece of paper. Obviously they are only doing that because they know you need your print slip and you're not going to want to drive home. The price for printing is typically $.15 a page in this area so it's clearly jacked up just because they expect people to just pay it since they are already there with return . Not me! Nickeling and diming your customers and ripping them off is a way to ensure that you do not have repeat customers and you do not get recommended. It's not about the $2.50. It's about how slimy of a business you have to be to jack up the price of something like that specifically to rip people off. read more

The worse customer service around. I went in and had a passport photo taken in September...received a letter from the Department of State saying they would not use photo. I went to another UPS store in Texas in November and again that photo was rejected. I came back to this store asking for a refund and/or retake photo and they said NO. I live in Pennsylvania and not cost effective to go back to Texas store to see what they would do. Bye bye $40.00 read more

I needed to get a document notarized over the summer, and I was super nervous about venturing out and having to be in a store since I was pregnant (in the time of Covid). I had my mask and brought gloves to open the door, etc. I know some people don't take the virus seriously, but I was someone at high risk being pregnant so I was really hoping that The UPS Store would be mindful. And I was so pleased that both the employees and the patrons wore masks properly and kept their distance as much as possible. Justin at UPS was wonderful and efficiently reviewed and notarized my document, so I was out of there pretty quickly. He was great! He even got me a copy of the document, so I didn't need to touch anything. Super accommodating. Thank you to people like Justin who go the extra mile to make sure their customers feel safe during such a crazy time in this world. read more

These guys are efficient and always provide stellar customer service! The only downfall is you can't park in front of the store so if you have big packages or kids you have to park! It's similar to most UPS stores but I have noticed they are heavily staffed, so you don't usually have wait times. read more

They shipped a tv for me and said it was insured for a certain amount but when you try to use the insurance claim they put you through 25 hoops to where you just lose patience and endurance so I would not recommend this UPS store you're better off using the post office that tells you what you're going to get and they don't screw with you read more

I've been using this UPS Store for four years now and they are awesome. They are very helpful and accommodating with the amount of deliveries I have coming in which takes up a lot of space. Everyone that works there is very friendly and will even help me carry out my packages if they aren't busy. Lauren has been exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to work with. read more
