I've had a package that's been sitting in this facility since April 1st 2026, and hasn't updated since then. It's now April 5th and it has said "pending" for 4 days in a row, no new updates. Trying calling Post Office and nobody answered!!!! I live in the Villas and tried calling Rio Grande Post Office and they didn't answer that's where my mail comes out of!! I wanted to know why I'm getting my mail out 6:40 at night?? That is ridiculous!!!!! read more

This place is the worse to get things moving through the system. They clearly have zero understanding of "Getting the job done". When you have a company ship something on the 18th of June and it literally sits in this place on a belt or in bucket somewhere inside the warehouse for 10 days and then shipped to Philadelphia hub where it is moved though the system in 10 hours and delivered to my local the next day in the middle of the night and delivered later that day, it tells me BELLMAWR sorting office is in serious need of a decent manger and/or motivated workers. I have another package that was shipped from the same company (as they put wrong parts in first box) this afternoon, 30th of June and it is more than likely going to sit in the "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" for the next 2 weeks. Just wrong. I opened a complaint on the last package after it didn't move after a week and after I wanted to make sure the company I bought my item from did in fact get it in the mail that day (which the did). If they is anyway you can avoid this sorting facility DO SO. I live 20 minutes away, not even being shipped across the state. read more

Horrible! No one will answer the phone nor answer my questions on the lobby. My packages have gone without scans for over 2 days. Placing packages in the bin or slots is NOT reliable! I have a business and this has become a burden! read more

If there was a lower review I would use it, one star is too good. I have been mailing my handmade Christmas cards from Bellmawr for over 40 yrs. I hand carry them in and ensure postage is correct. I have never had a problem until this year and PLEASE don't blame it on covid. I mailed my cards on December 12 and realized on December 20 that my daughter had not received her card and that led to questioning many other friends. It turned out 90% of my cards had not been delivered. Oh yes, now every other day I am notified that my card was received and oh yes, it's January 4, 2021, Guess what, AMAZON fulfilled and delivered their orders. And, if they couldn't, you were advised and not charged priority charges. USPS sabotaged one of the most precious parts of Christmas and done with deliberate and malicious intent. We are talking about people with government jobs, excellent benefits and pension and they could care less about ruining the spirit of Christmas. I have been a strong supporter of USPS - never again. I will use any other means available to not utilize any postal services. Unless Amazon takes over USPS and then we will have quality service and delivery. read more
