The interior could probably use a deep clean. Usually I'm just dropping something prepaid off (which is so easy to do with the ample counter space), but a few times I've had to wait to ship something out. I'm sure they're busy/actually doing something, but it has felt in the past like there's more employees behind the counter standing around talking then actually helping customers. The last time I was there, the person helping me ship out a package was friendly though!. Open 8am Monday through Saturday; closed at 6pm daily (except on Saturday when they close earlier at 4pm). Closed on Sundays.

Then I saw mail-it unlimited. I knew roughly where it was located but the website didn't say much about what to expect. Wow this looks like a tiny store from the parking lot but once inside it's pretty big and they have so much stuff. By the time I got to the center where the register was I had seen dozens of things I'd like to get, but I was here for a sympathy card and a gift and I was definitely out of my comfort zone. So I asked one of the associates where to find the sympathy section and what would be a appropriate gift. He showed me where the card section was and an area where I could find the gift. I found so many beautiful and thoughtful cards that fit and I finally narrowed it down to one. Next I headed to the gift area and there were so many beautiful choices, but within a few steps I was looking at the various figurines (Willow Tree) and they were so well crafted and I found the sympathy one. It's about 9 inches tall with a dove on the arm, I was expecting a big price tag but it was alot less than I expected. Check out was quick, the staff checked the figurine to make sure it was perfect and boxed it up and back to the jeep I went. Here I had to sign and address everything and then run back in. Not only do they sell some beautiful and sentimental items but they will ship them out for you to. Honestly it was the best stop all around for me Without missing a beat the staff spotted a error in the zip code. We all know during stressful times we can make errors but thankfully they caught it and fixed it and our stuff was shipped out and should be arriving by tomorrow night. Had they not caught the error our package could have wound up taking days to arrive at the correct destination. We have the tracking numbers and we will know when it's arrived. I know I'll be going back because they have so many different things that I'd love to wander around and find some nice stuff for our house. I was concerned about the logistics of the shipment, which had to be moved across the country on a tight schedule. SURE was more than up to the task. They called to introduce them- selves, picked up the freight as scheduled, delivered it exactly on time and called afterwords to ensure that all was in order (it was). It's refreshing to write about a company that gets everything right. I don't follow directions well. I have adhd. I don't find it a negative it's more a positive. I'm better suited with action & have to pay attention or can't recall. I don't have patience. They are simple for Jenn. Typically phone has the label ready to be shared. My phone needs to be incessantly restarted. I need a new phone. This one is outdated. The PDF choices aren't as good as they once were unless you want to pay. Jenn, Jorge', & the other employees which I had written down but lost their names are all very professional, kind & helpful. Jenn helped me at my various visits. The items returned are heading to the same facility yet I had to go to Walgreens to send one package. They don't give you a tracking number or other at pharmacy store. Strange to purchase 2 items from the same store online yet they are returned by two different facilities. I'd think the business would prefer all comes back in one package opposed to paying for 2. It's a reliable online business & I don't have one near me. I recived the refund from Staples shipping yet have not received funds from other? They help me Everytime & are very pleasant employees! Maybe it's the customer who's not too nice?? I spoke with Mindy (maybe Mandy) who was so helpful and absolutely understood my worry about getting them done in time. She was so helpful in answering all my questions and said they could indeed do this today. In the end the manager of the original shop called me, very apologetic, and went out of his way to deliver them to me this morning. So while I didn't end up using Staples, I wanted to acknowledge how helpful they were and how their staff was calm and helpful at a time when I was totally panicking!
