They botched my attempt to…read moreforward mail back in 2020, they botched my hold mail in July of 2023, they routinely state via email and text that my Amazon deliveries were delivered and they were not. Certainly there can be issues on occasion. This branch has virtually zero customer service. You cannot reach them by phone to work through issues. When you go in to talk them about issues, they use the same excuse. "we are short handed". There is no ability to escalate issues. When I try to escalate a problem, via email or chat on the USPS website, there has been an error message indicating they cannot process the message at this time. How can incompetence be allowed to continue for so long.

Replacement p o boxes vary in price depending on if you go in or order online. I recommend going in person when possible for the best results. They have standard business hrs. The post office clerks have always been helpful and kind to me. They do have peak hrs. So if your have business you need to get done. Call ahead and ask for a good time to go. Getting into the post office / leaving can be a bit of a pain due to cars blocking view while trying to leave or the street light being right in front of the main entrance.

Upon opening the door to the service/counter, I was greeted by people in line almost out to the door I was trying to go in. Probably 25 people in line ahead of me, one clerk. See the issue? I left, went to the other end of Munsterville to a UPS Store with one clerk, and dropped it off instantly. Don't bother with the post office in Westbrook, it is a hole.

I've been coming here for years and it's never once let me down. The staff, most of whom I've dealt with at this point, are always kind, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Today I had to ship an incredibly large package, and the young man working went above and beyond to make it easy. That's just par for the course here. I've done returns, shipped boxes to international destinations, printed documents, and every single visit has been a good one. The ample parking doesn't hurt either.

This UPS is super convenient off Route 1. It shares a very small parking lot with several other…read morebusinesses in a surprisingly busy shopping building (that houses a pizza place, a nail place, a hair salon, etc.), so be careful navigating in and out. The interior could probably use a deep clean. Usually I'm just dropping something prepaid off (which is so easy to do with the ample counter space), but a few times I've had to wait to ship something out. I'm sure they're busy/actually doing something, but it has felt in the past like there's more employees behind the counter standing around talking then actually helping customers. The last time I was there, the person helping me ship out a package was friendly though!. Open 8am Monday through Saturday; closed at 6pm daily (except on Saturday when they close earlier at 4pm). Closed on Sundays.
