I am disabled and need my state mail to get it back out because the state don't wait. I have not recurrent my mail in over a wk. They botched my attempt to…read moreforward mail back in 2020, they botched my hold mail in July of 2023, they routinely state via email and text that my Amazon deliveries were delivered and they were not. Certainly there can be issues on occasion. This branch has virtually zero customer service. You cannot reach them by phone to work through issues. When you go in to talk them about issues, they use the same excuse. "we are short handed". There is no ability to escalate issues. When I try to escalate a problem, via email or chat on the USPS website, there has been an error message indicating they cannot process the message at this time. How can incompetence be allowed to continue for so long.
