I used this location to ship a package through FedEx the week before Christmas for two day delivery. It has been three weeks and my package was not delivered because FedEx states that this business has an unpaid account balance and is holding all their packages in a warehouse until it is resolved. I contacted this business and was told that the issue should be fixed in 1-2 months. Which is ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager, Casey, and was informed that she only comes in on Fridays. If their FedEx account is not active, they should not still accept clients money or packages. This is fraudulent and unacceptable. I am escalating to the BBB.

Shipspace really stands out in this industry because they're willing to take the stress out of the experience. I've used ShipSpace for package drop off instead of going to FEDEX or UPS. Even at such a simple interaction - I find them more pleasant. They offer the full range of shipping services, as well as faxing, notary, printing and money order.

I find out to expensive to return the package to China, until I browsed and found Shipspace. The Shipspace can return the package to China with very cheaper than the other carriers, but Shipspace located in New York and I lived in California. The Shipspace advise me that I can ship the package to Shipspace in NY so Shipspace can reroute to China with Tracking number with the cost still lower than the other carriers. The Aliexpress gave me only 8 days to provide tracking number. I regret that I don't find Shipspace sooner even I found and called the shipping services Chinatown in California, but they refuse to ship return the products because those products were in law's restriction that cannot ship to China. The Shipspace's staff answer all questions while I'm under pressure and stressed out, and I felt relaxed out. I really appreciate it. I love to do business with Shipspace, and I hope Shipspace find the convenience way that can provide China Tracking number before Shipspace receive the package.
