5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

The meal boxes are large and heavy though, so rather than have my husband carry the huge box on the subway, I had the second meal box sent to our home. The box was set to arrive on a Tuesday, so I made sure I worked from home that day. We do not have a doorman, and for a service SO big on understanding the issue people face living in buildings without doorman services, you would think Parcel would actually deliver the box to my apartment... but of course not. The delivery person rang my apartment bell, I answered the intercom, he said he had a delivery, told him great, come on up. Then I waited. And waited. After 10 minutes I knew something was up, since my elevator building only has 6 floors. Went down to the lobby and there sat my box, tossed in the corner, no delivery person in sight. Because of this lack of service, I will be canceling my Purple Carrot subscription and let them know Parcel was the reason. Parcel seems to employ some lazy individuals and this $70 package could have easily been stolen. Teach your delivery people to use an elevator.
