5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

Picking up packages- especially near the airport- is what nightmares are made of. I truly despise…read moreit. I was out of town for a month so had a package held that ended up at this location. I was worried it'd get returned to the shipper since it'd been held so long but employees at this location called me several times to give me updates and encourage me to come in to get it - and mentioned they'd hold it longer for me. They were kind and friendly and professional on the phone. When I went to pick up the package yesterday, the line wasn't bad at all and moved quickly despite only one woman working at the counter. She was efficient and friendly, and got me my package quickly. I had to wait for maybe ~5 min to bring it out and I'm a naturally impatient person but really given the amount of staff it wasn't a bad wait at all. I know FedEx sucks or whatever and the location is not ideal but I do really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff and I believe it should be recognized and appreciated. So if you have the misfortune of having to go all the way out here to get a package or mail one etc, take comfort at least in knowing that you'll be dealing with competent, helpful and kind employees, at least from my experience.
