5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

After going through lots of reviews, I decided on this Greenwich Village Mail Center, which I am so glad I did! First of all, the service itself is impeccable. Especially for mail box service, all mails are kept safe even I sometimes go to retrieve after over a month long vacation (and this time with this corona virus outbreak) ! If I get a package delivered, they will send you their own tracking via e-mails so I can track that specific package using password. You can drop off mails and boxes to be mailed with easy and fast ! If I have any question, I can send them e-mails to communicate anytime! Secondly, and more importantly, the customer service in person is even better. I just love going in there to get my mails and say hello to them :) The gentleman who runs this place is just so easy to get along with. He and his staff are also so understanding and always willing to accommodate you. Over the years of my life in NYC, this place has become my stable place. If you are looking for mail box service or simply to mail some package or print something, check this place out and you can thank me later!

I used this location to ship a package through FedEx the week before Christmas for two day delivery. It has been three weeks and my package was not delivered because FedEx states that this business has an unpaid account balance and is holding all their packages in a warehouse until it is resolved. I contacted this business and was told that the issue should be fixed in 1-2 months. Which is ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager, Casey, and was informed that she only comes in on Fridays. If their FedEx account is not active, they should not still accept clients money or packages. This is fraudulent and unacceptable. I am escalating to the BBB.
