The agent said she would talk to the carrier and make sure it came to more forwarded address. It has not! It was taken back to my old address and stolen I guess? HOW FRUSTRATING!

I, being the good daughter that I am, drove down there to pick up the mystery delivery. When I arrived, the postal worker asked if he could be of assistance. I dutifully handed him the yellow slip and gave him the address. He went in the back to check. When he returned, alas no package. He was extremely apologetic and explained that sometimes substitute mail carriers leave a note in a mailbox to mark the beginning of their delivery route. They are supposed to pick them up but this person apparently forgot. He couldn't apologize enough for my making a special trip down to the post office. It really wasn't that big of a deal to me, but I appreciated his sincerity. Hopefully next time there really will be a package...maybe even a gift for me! ;)

The customer service you receive here are over the top. They are always extremely nice and helpful. That means a lot to me. They have lots of parking and do other shopping without moving your car. Another customer had already been waiting an hour to get her fingerprints taken (she also had an appointment). No sign on the door. Phone number only rings to the business phone. I finally emailed her and she confirmed that she was closed for the day. Completely wasted my day and now I have to find another company to approve my I-9. I strongly recommend avoiding this business. No excuse for not calling/emailing appointments to let us know the business is closed. Or at least put a sign on your door. ---In response to Nattilee's comment below: The Hospice office which shares the same building says this isn't the first time you've left customer's hanging. I don't believe you when you say you had no way to cancel the appointment on your end. Just because you don't have my information doesn't mean you (as I said earlier) can't hang a sign on your door letting your customer's know you won't be open. You can also have your store number forward to your own cell or home number so that when people call they can find out what's going on. OR you can even change your voicemail message on your business phone to let people know that you won't be open. Making it so that I had to track you down to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Anything you say to the contrary, other than "Your right and I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." is just an excuse on your end for being lazy. As I said in my email to you - I have no idea how you're still in business.
