I don't really understand why businesses contact them for content creation and maintenance of social media accounts. Their customers can just as easily create their own AI content. So this recent business move seems short-sighted. They no longer provide the manpower (with real people) to provide a service and have gone automated. What they don't seem to get is that their customers can do it too. Like, why go to a restaurant if the restaurant has fired all the chefs and is just microwaving frozen dinners? Customers can do that themselves at home. Same thing with social media and blog content. If you're not going to have a real person do this work using skill and expertise, and you're going to let an AI program write your blog posts, why pay someone else? Customers can do this themselves. Cut out the middle man.
