The process was incredibly fast and professional! Jacob and his son arrived on time. Jacob (owner) knows his s##t. They listened to our requests and investigated inside / outside with game plan. They discussed cleared what was / was not possible. They delivered a quote on site - a huge savings in time. We continued getting other quotes most were higher by as much as 2x. Jacob followed up with us after a week and we awarded the job. They started within a few days with a staff who were true professionals (Juan and Anthony) knew the trade and quality was paramount. They kept us updated all the way. They were interrupted by a 6ft snow storm and when possible came back to finish. They kept us informed all the time. We were so so so impressed. They finished when the snowed subsided and made sure we completely understood how to work, maintain and what to do if the unlikely event of an issue to do. We without question recommend Performance Based Heating and Air.

Just weird. Oh well. Response to Jacobs comments Jacob, you looked at project for 3 min before you told me it would be a nightmare and refuse even provide opinion as you just did on Yelp and explain why and have a conversation. The responses as followed: the ceiling cassette I told you I want to install parallel to the window, which is recommended location and if would blow air to the whole room, not even sure where you got this idea in will blow into wall and suck its own air. The heat pump I want to put next to the already installed HVAC condenser coil and it has plenty of room, recommended 4ft from each other, no snow there in this area so not sure where this idea came that it wouldn't heat, and heat pump doesn't work that way anyhow. The second unit connection to meet Mitsubishi recommendation for a min 2 units connection, I told you I am planning to build two more rooms there and second unit can be run to that area and placed there so later can be permanently moved in the new room. Again, you didn't even took time to look all, talk, to listen and to explain.

Why do you insist on covering a lie with a lie…read more First, Why are most wood burning stoves not UL listed? There are several standards that wood burning stoves must meet. UL listing is not a required standard for stoves, so most manufacturers elect not to have that testing done.. The UL laboratories are a private nonprofit organization that some manufacturers elect to send their products too. This certification can be costly and because the certification is not necessary for wood stoves, most manufacturers do not submit their product to Underwriters Laboratories for approval. There are only three wood-burning stoves that are UL listed Second, the only certification needed is when you install a new wood stove and that requirement is a stove certified by the EPA Third, older wood stoves are grandfathered in and there is no fire code that exist that states that you must upgrade to a new wood-burning stove when you buy or sell. If you do change out the stove, then it must be upgraded to an EPA certified stove Finally, there are manufacturers data plates that are on wood stoves that show the minimum clearances from stove to combustible materials. This particular stove met all the minimum distance requirements to combustible materials. Yes, the fireplace surround was ugly, however it was a cement fiber board that is a non-combustible material. In addition, the stove flue was exposed for the first 5 feet and is of a triple wall design which has a higher heat value. So I stand by my claim that your inspections are fraudulent, froth with misinformation, with intent to upsell or some new products to the person's home that you inspect.

I called Five Claw one week ago, and was quickly added to their schedule. I received a quote over the phone, which was nice. I received a text verifying my appointment, as well as a reminder text the other day. Dave arrived a little early, but I received a text letting me know his status which was really appreciated. Dave was professional, friendly, and worked really fast. I had very low expectations for one of the bedrooms, and the entire house came out fantastically clean!! The price was as quoted on the phone. What I really liked was that the price was all- inclusive. I've had carpet cleaning companies shore up and up sell spot treatments, but that was included. I highly recommend Five Claw, and will definitely use them again!!
