I purposely stayed on to see just how long They would make me wait. After an hour and 5 minutes I hung up and continued calling until someone answered. The same person answered and tried to put me on hold again! I asked for a Manager and she said she was the manager. I tried explaining how long I waited and she kept cutting me off saying she was the only one working when clearly that was a lie because I could hear another female helping customers as well. She would not help and would not direct me to anyone higher than her so I guess I'll be taking this up to corporate. Ridiculous!

There are two women who I typically see working at the service counter, and they are always pleasant to me and others. The facility itself is not in great condition (older as you would expect, but the lobby always appears clean). The parking lot is in really rough condition. Overall, it fits the bill for my needs.
