Five-Star Review: Outstanding Service from Start to Finish…read more I had an incredible experience with this team. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, personable, and impressively efficient. They tackled a big cleanup job that included heavy branches, patio furniture, a barbecue, and even a full-sized smoker--none of it slowed them down. Everything was handled quickly and with care. Their pricing was more than fair, and the quality of their work far exceeded expectations. I was so impressed, I tipped them on the spot. It's rare to find a crew that combines speed, strength, and friendliness so seamlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable help. I'll definitely be calling them again--and I hope others do too!

A grade-A experience! We had to rent a trailer last weekend to bring our son home from college in…read morethe Upper Peninsula. I had read so many terrible reviews for U-Haul or Budget, I was completely stressed out and having nightmares the U-Haul I rented wasn't available when I went to get it. So my husband found this local place, and I'm so glad! We got a decent sized trailer for 100 bucks for the weekend (50/day). They are closed on Sundays, so they don't charge for that day. They quickly hooked it up to my hitch and disconnected it when I got back. Watching these guys on the phone and with customers, it's clear they do a ton of business, and they know exactly what they're doing at this point. They even waived their late fee for me, as I overslept and brought it back 2 hours late on Monday. They don't just rent trailers either, they have pretty much everything under the sun, including party tents and equipment. I even saw slushy machines and popcorn makers. I highly recommend Columbia Heights rental!
