Absolute and total scam!!!…read more A gentleman rang our doorbell and then vigorously knocked on our door. He was incredibly friendly and started with "Do you know Joe and Kristy next door?" I said yes. He said, "Well. they just signed a contract and we will be doing work on their home tomorrow". The longer we talked the more aggressive he became. I asked if he could give me his card and he said he didn't have one. So I said, I'll see you tomorrow when Spidexx does their work next door. He said something like, "OK, I'll leave without a contract." I then saw him walk across the street to one of my other neighbors. After he left, I went over and talked with that neighbor to see how it went. She said that the Spidexx representative told her that I had signed their contract!!!!!!!! An absolute total lie! Of course, it was no surprise when they didn't show up for my next door neighbor's "pest removal". So you can add another lie directly from the Spidexx company. So now I'm writing this review and If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would. The person representing Spidexx outright lied to me and my neighbor in hopes of scamming us into signing a contract for something we would never receive. So, if you see a guy standing outside your door wearing a Spidexx logo, tell him to leave and slam the door in his face. When I turned this down they tried to sell me a $4,00-+ progrma again with no promises! I decided to try their basic service whihc they said would help. After paying the about $600 I foudn I ahd an ant invasion the following month. I called them and they said they woudl be bakc in a week or so! I had no interest in waiting this long so I took care of ti myself. Awhile later I foudn I ahd an invasion of aisn lady bugs. Agian I was told they woudl be out in a week or so - so I took care of ti myself. After a few months it was clear that there had been no change i the mouse problem so I called them for some followup effort. They told me that they would resend thier earlier proposals and ahve amanger call me to discuss this. When I did not get a call I calle dthem again and got the same promise. It is now over a week and it is clear that I will not get a call from them. I would strongly suggest that you do not deal with this firm. I certainly will NEVER dela with them again.
