I've seen paragliders out over Lake LBJ before, but decided to do this for the first time last weekend with a buddy. It's amazingly stable and breathtaking views. Ashton Brunner claimed to be a good Christian but in reality he is a crook. He has to have a bank transfer before he starts a build or orders a wing. In July of 2019 I had an agreement to go to Texas and pick up a Green Eagle paraglider and a wing, which included training. The middle of May I had to direct deposit to his account the full price of the wing as well as a deposit on the paraglider. This was all supposed to happen the week of July 8 2019. When I arrived at Sunrize Beach airport hanger / shop, not a thing had been started. He assured me that the Eagle could be built in 2 days. I was there every day for more than a full week helping to build this craft. Yes it took over a week because about 5 or 6 pm he would say, you can go and see all of the beautiful sights and attractions this area has to offer. He would tell me not to worry because he planned to stay and finish the build. Next day, you guessed it, not a thing had been done. The great training I received was two tandem fights of about 15 minutes each. Out of that time I held the controls for a total of 4 minutes on the last flight. I also sat through many videos and most were abut paragliding but many were just political. I didn't realize it at the time that he was just pacifying me so he could go off and do his thing. He assured me the wing would be in any day. It was supposed to be a custom reinforced Charger 260. Just load the Eagle on my truck and and as soon as the wing was shipped he would have it dropped shipped to my house in central Florida. Here it is, almost the beginning of December 2020 and no wing and he does not return my phone calls. I guess because I'm and old timer he saw me as an easy mark. If you ever have to do business with him, be sure to have the item in your hand before you give him a dime. He is defiantly one to stay clear of no matter how God fearing he says he is. read more

I was a little nervous before arriving, but Ashton quickly put me at ease. It is very obvious that he knows what he's doing, and loves flying. The flight was great! It was very peaceful and the area is beautiful. I felt safe the entire time, and I enjoyed learning some tips about flying. Ashton also pointed out some interesting landmarks in the area. I would go again in a heartbeat! I also loved that there were pinball machines to play while waiting for the videos to upload. Highly recommended. read more
