I wish I had a cooler story behind why I checked-in on Yelp to my local police department and why I'm now eligible to write a review, but I don't. After an unfortunate situation with a Door Dasher when I was recently out of town, I was advised to submit a police report to document a giftcard that I was owed by the "Dasher." This was the first time I've ever stepped foot inside any police department and was excited to finally learn where my local department was even situated. Unfortunately I had to wait almost an hour and a half before an officer could meet with me for 5 minutes to just put an incident number on his business card and send me on my way. I wish I could sit in this station and people watch all day in the lobby because I saw some interesting situations come through during my wait time.
