The Room was well lit and properly staffed and the Security Guard was fully in his role as the first point of contact being assertively welcoming, inviting, and showing us how to proceed using the smart and efficient high tech systems. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and spacious and there were large screens keeping everyone updated with their place in line and which window to go to. The lady who helped my Mom was very professional and organized! She helped us update Mom's direct deposit info as requested and reassured is the reissued checks were on the way. We recieved the direct deposit yesterday and are so grateful for the staff for making the process very easy and pleasant! Thank you to the Ontario Office Team for being on top of your operational excellence, we appreciate you so much!

It's not professional to lie to elderly/ disabled just to get them out of your office. They are still trying to get approved again after 2 months of no medical attention. I hope you know the harm you cause. They have visited many times in these months waiting in the long lines only to be lied to every single time.

She answered all of my questions clearly and patiently, even the ones I felt might have been basic. Most importantly, she was able to help my parents and made the process much easier for them. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support. DPSS is fortunate to have someone like her on their team.

But who knows. Received a QR code ticket by 9am at number 95! Didn't think there were 94 ppl ahead of us. But it was a live line online so you can always see your status. Was able to leave and run errands etc. Didn't get called til 4pm! (They close at 5pm). Only 3 workers there. The one we saw was VERY nice and SUPER HELPFUL. Spoke to him for about 5 min but our issue was resolved and payment was received 2 days later.

Not sure if that is the norm. I do have to say, the person who assisted us and the security were very helpful and very nice. The experience was surprisingly pleasant. The office is very outdated compared to the one in Fontana. But in reality that doesn't matter it's the service that makes the difference.
