So out of all the times that I go get my nails done I tried this place several times and this is the only nail place that chooses to not do right. I spend dollars in here all the time getting my nails Done About two months ago, I went to go get my nails done here and they started on my nails, but something happened where our argument with the workers and the lady that was doing my nails, got up, grab her bags and left me there so I got up and left out so last Friday I decided to go back there to give them another chance got my nails there she Russ rushed on my nails and then now my nails look like crap The peeling has came off. It was supposed to be cat eyes and stuff and now I thought it was something that I did, but no nothing that I did anything wrong. She didn't even take the stuff that I had off of my finger. She just brushed use the machine To file down and then put up the stuff on it then she added the nail polish on it. My fingernails look like crap no way will I ever go back to this place? They need to be shut down. I'm serious. This is just way. Ridiculous I'm done with this place. Yes I am giving a bad review. This is the first time I ever had something like this. I advised my Aunt to try the SNS dip. She went to this shop and they pretended to not know what she was asking for they kept giving her the option to chose polish when she was requesting the dip. She left frustrated and called me to have me call them and explain would she would like. The girl that answered the phone pretended to schedule an appointment without asking for a name or telephone number. I called back to ask if she needed a name or number to make the appointment and she hung up on me after I called twice. I called the establishment a 3rd time from my Daughter's phone and a male answered the phone without a greeting he just asked what did I want? So as I proceeded to tell him first I need him to answer the phone in a professional manner. So since he hung up also I would like to tell you all what I want. First when you have a business and when you answer the phone you need to greet the person on the line. Here is some more information I would like to share with you that is important when you are in a professional business since it seems as if you don't know. This shop is affordable and in a good location. I thought I would kill some time while visiting. The shop is at the end of the shopping center.The staff is family friendly. Staff had on masks. So I was handed a pedicure menu from $24.00- $44.00 with the various ones that were provided. I laugh because I see this menu all the time and the only difference between the various ones is the extra dollars they keep for doing absolutely nothing extra. So , while looking at the menu she is filling up my basin with water with no mineral tablet and the temperature is off. The water was not correct. My feet are soaking in plain water for about 5 minutes. Then she grabs my feet and starts taking off my polish and puts them back in the water. The shape I had was square and she put a little round it in. I immediately was like no. Please fix it! She did not understand. The pedicure was really bad. She used a pumice for 15 sec per foot if that. Polish my feet with one coat and boy was the polish watery. I mean this was a total waste of money. Quality really matters. I ended going somewhere else the next day. By the way my girlfriends felt the exact same way. read more

Not very professional, I went there for the first time and it was not what I expected. Took a while to do my pedicure. Reused files, brushes and sponges anddd rushed through it all. Man went somewhere else and left me there waiting for 10 minutes while I had my towel over my two legs. So another lady took over and finished my gel pedicure. She rushed through my polish as well and I was ready to go so didn't say anything about it. read more

Really enjoyed getting my pedicures here. But the last 2-3 times service are very rushed . Nail polish doesn't look professional and looks worse before end of day. I've had my nails done here approximately 3 times. Each time I have had to show them where they missed filling in spots. They are always trying to push gel nail polish. You have to tell them repeatedly that you do not want the gel nail polish. The gel nail polish is more expensive, and it cannot be taken off with regular nail polish remover. You will need to either purchase the special remover, or go back to the salon to have your nail polish changed. The last time I was in there, about 3 months ago, the man said that he would want to put gel nail polish on me next time if I did not want it this time. I decided right then that was the last time I would be going back in there. I have also had two pedicures, and while my toenails look very nice, the bottom of my feet were extremely rough. I would lay in bed at night and the rough skin on the bottom of my feet would catch on my bed sheets. I do not want to pay for a pedicure and then need to come home and use a pumice stone on the bottom of my feet. Why am I paying them if they are not doing the job correctly? read more

My friend and I were driving through the area and looking for a nail salon which is how we ended up getting our nails done here. I wish we hadn't. We both wanted gel manicures and had gel on our nails already. They wrapped our nails to get the polish off and let us sit for about two minutes before trying to get the polish off. Obviously it didn't come off very well, but they filed our nails down while getting the polish off (not completely I may add). The woman doing my manicure rushed so so much, I think my gel manicure was completed in about 15-20 minutes, and having had many before this just isn't enough time. People were walking in the door asking for other services and she kept telling everyone "sure we can take you" all the while she's painting on my skin rushing to get me finished. I even had to ask for a second coat of polish. I have never had such a poor experience and a few days later all the nails were peeling. I went to get my nails re-done at a different place 3 days after this manicure was completed. I would never go back here. I would never recommend anyone go here to get their nails done, it was a waste of money. read more
