I spend dollars in here all the time getting my nails Done About two months ago, I went to go get my nails done here and they started on my nails, but something happened where our argument with the workers and the lady that was doing my nails, got up, grab her bags and left me there so I got up and left out so last Friday I decided to go back there to give them another chance got my nails there she Russ rushed on my nails and then now my nails look like crap The peeling has came off. It was supposed to be cat eyes and stuff and now I thought it was something that I did, but no nothing that I did anything wrong. She didn't even take the stuff that I had off of my finger. She just brushed use the machine To file down and then put up the stuff on it then she added the nail polish on it. My fingernails look like crap no way will I ever go back to this place? They need to be shut down. I'm serious. This is just way. Ridiculous I'm done with this place. Yes I am giving a bad review. This is the first time I ever had something like this. She went to this shop and they pretended to not know what…read moreshe was asking for they kept giving her the option to chose polish when she was requesting the dip. She left frustrated and called me to have me call them and explain would she would like. The girl that answered the phone pretended to schedule an appointment without asking for a name or telephone number. I called back to ask if she needed a name or number to make the appointment and she hung up on me after I called twice. I called the establishment a 3rd time from my Daughter's phone and a male answered the phone without a greeting he just asked what did I want? So as I proceeded to tell him first I need him to answer the phone in a professional manner. So since he hung up also I would like to tell you all what I want. First when you have a business and when you answer the phone you need to greet the person on the line. Here is some more information I would like to share with you that is important when you are in a professional business since it seems as if you don't know.
