My first time visiting this nail salon for the first time and was specifically looking for a place…read morethat opened as early as possible. This salon officially opens at 9 AM, but they were already open a few minutes earlier, which I really appreciated. I arrived two minutes before opening, and they were ready to go--love that they open *in time*, not just *on time!* First Impressions & Atmosphere - I was warmly greeted by both the staff and a friendly customer who was already waiting for her appointment who I thought was a worker at first. - The salon was clean and well-organized. They even still had their Valentine's Day decorations up and a candy bowl for customers, which was cute. - The atmosphere was relaxing, with a great music selection that set the mood. They do have TVs, but they only display business information and pricing, which actually matched their website--love that consistency! However, I do wish they had something playing on at least one of the TVs for customers to watch. Sometimes, I prefer to limit my screen time during self-care and not be on my phone the entire time. Services & Experience - I got a **deluxe pedicure** first and an **eyebrow wax** afterward. - The pedicure was fantastic! They use **new liners for the foot bowls** and **unopened foot scrubbers**, which I appreciated for hygiene. - The **calf massage was better than expected**--a pleasant surprise! - I was offered water or soda and few other options, which was a nice added touch also. - Tons of polish and powder colors to choose from, so plenty of options. - My total time in the salon was **about an hour and a half**, and Ken, my nail tech for my pedicure , took his time to ensure quality service. For my eyebrow wax, a lady did them did not get her name but she got them just perfect! My brows are naturally curly, but she shaped them beautifully. I did get slightly snapped, but mistakes happen--it was nothing serious, and there was no damage. Pricing & Convenience - I got **gel French tips**, eyebrow and my total came to **$70** However, a **prior tip was already included and added in**, making it **$75 before any additional tipping**. - I was a **walk-in** and only waited **about five minutes**, likely because I arrived right at opening. - They do take **appointments**, which is great if you prefer a specific nail tech. - If you need food before, after, or even while waiting, there are **several restaurants in the same plaza**--super convenient! - There's also a **bus stop right in front of the plaza**, making it easy to get to if you use public transportation. I had a great experience here! The salon is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the service was thorough. Another small bonus: the view from inside is nice, I'm happy with my eye brows , and pedicure , depending on how well they last will be the real test I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!.

It's been a while since I've updated my review and worth and update since they've changed ownership…read moresince my last review and they've made some changes over the years. Most importantly though, you can still reliably get a killer manicure and pedicure here. The attention to detail and level of care given is incredible. My faves Pink and Tina are still knocking it out of the park with the most impeccable manicures I've had and I really can't see myself trusting my nails with anyone else. And I've caved and tried a place or two over the last couple years and regretted it. Won't make that mistake again!! What's changed? I'd say they've added more staff to keep up with the demand. You still should always try to make an appointment. I don't go anywhere these days without an appointment. And they also have added a number of services including their new head spa services that lol pretty amazing. If I didn't already go for regular massages I might consider it. They also have all the trendy gels and dips and builders and that you might be looking for. Oh, and they recently upgraded all their massage chairs! How could I forget that!! I definitely highly recommend the Hand & Foot Spa. Again, just make an appt and be sure to get there on time. They're sticklers for keeping on time. Which, as a regular, I appreciate because nothing would annoy me more than having an appt and having to wait to I'm happy they are like that personally. Keep up the good work guys!!

I chose not to do gel just because I wanted to give my nails a breather. Anyhow, one of the techs came and got me and sat me at her chair. I asked for the manicure first so that it can dry while I was getting my pedicure. She was listening to her AirPods when we first started, but then I started telling her about my cuticles being sensitive and to just be cautious. She seemed very sweet. Anyway, the manicure was done and she put oil on my cuticles. She didn't say anything about a massage and I assumed since I got a regular manicure that she was going to wait for it to dry or something. I probably should've said something then, but normally when people get manicures, they want a massage too. Anyhow, we proceeded over to the pedicure station, which they have really nice chairs. I don't know if they offer water or anything, but she did offer me anything. Anyhow, we started talking about the tea shop next-door and how delicious it was. She seemed very kind and then the pedicure was over and there was a lot of lotion still left on my feet and she put my slippers on. After afterwards, she took me straight to pay and said it was $55. I asked her if I wasn't going to get a massage on my hands and if that wasn't a normal part of the manicure. SHE SAID IT DEPENDS ON THE TECH! She said some people don't like it so she doesn't give one unless it's asked for. I'm sorry, are you kidding me? You don't give a massage on hands when someone is coming for a manicure? How about ask me before you put polish!!!??? Are you for real? I was so baffled! She stood there while I checked out so I felt obligated to tip her. I was infuriated! I asked her again about the massage and I told her that I wanted a massage. She did not offer to do it and she did not have anyone else waiting. Decent conversation doesn't equal a tip for me, service does! Anyhow, I walked out of the shop and I was sliding in my sandals. I decided to come back in and ask if I can sit there until they were dry. A lady put me in the sitting area and turned on the fan underneath. I then grabbed my own towel from the handwashing station and wiped the lotion off my feet so that I wouldn't slip and fall. She went outside and she was on her phone. Then about 10 minutes later, another girl walked in and she went to her table in the back. She had plenty of time to do my massage on my hand, that I paid for! I am so mad right now I cannot believe that I even wasted my money here. I won't even mention her name, but she sits all the way in the back. How disgraceful! She didn't even make any eye contact when she came back in with her other customer. Who gets a manicure without a massage? And for $55! What a shame.

I only go here for the Aprés nails- they have a gentler application than other nail enhancements…read moreand are lighter. During this visit we got a full set Short- square- black French tip- they charged $65, which is pretty standard. Pedicure- BodiPure Reflex Keratin- $38- they do charge $10 to remove previous gel polish. The service uses the little cheap foot masks you can buy for $1- $5. The hot stone massage was nice. Truly don't know why places charges $10- $15 to remove gel as they don't use any additional products just fill off the older color and it's faster than doing a soak off. I brought my own polish for my toes- as I hate the $10 up charge for gel which again- saves them time because you cure them and not wait for the polish to dry.

Then, once I sat down for a pedicure she waited over an hour for a nail tech to see her, even with an appointment. Two girls walked in and they took them over my friend with the appointment. The guy doing my pedicure was really pushy trying to upsell me on a more expensive pedicure package and gel after I already said what I wanted. He made me put my feet in before he added the water so the foot tub was freezing the entire pedicure. He barely took any circles off and just rubbed the lotion in - no massage, not even with the hot stones he insisted I upgraded too. They also don't have their colors on display so when it was time to paint he asked me what color and only handed me about half of their options. We let the staff know we were upset with our experience and all they said was "sorry some of our staff are on vacation." Which is fine, but just say we can't accommodate you today then. Overall super unimpressed with this experience, probably would not return here again honestly.

I'm a Miami native, moved up here and had no clue where to start when looking for a new nail place. I came across MK nails through instagrams tags pages, booked an appointment and I'm happy to share from my very first experience (last august) up until today there has been no need to look elsewhere or "shop around" for a new nail spot in ORL. Kelly and her team are all so welcoming and very talented. I usually get my nails done with Kelly (owner of MK) and the service she provides is top of the line! The girl is talented! On top of that she is Uber patient and gives you her undivided attention. I always come in with Inspo pictures and whenever I'm indecisive she is always willing to help me figure it out and has never made me feel like a difficult person. Aside from her work ethic she has created a space where you can unwind, laugh, get pampered and feel at ease. Her work is ridiculously good! I will say she gets booked pretty quick so your best bet is to make an appointment with her. As I mentioned earlier her team (all of them are very talented) I've done solids and designs with them as well and they DELIVER every single time. When it comes to pricing they are very forward and honest. You will never get up charged out of Nowhere at least I haven't. I've always asked up front what something like this would cost (design) and they have always been honest. I think it's just as much on the client as it is on the person providing a service to communicate expectations and pricing. This team has provides that.

The first time at first it was very nice, but the manicure did not hold up at all. I had to go back and had Tina redo my nails, that was not also pleasant experience and it did not hold up. I am disappointed.
