The older woman who did my pedicure last night was rude and made four of my toes bleed with the cuticle removing clips and then she acted like it was my fault I was bleeding and was annoyed even though it was her that caused it it was not an enjoyable experience it was not relaxing like it should've been it was actually nerve-racking and then she put alcohol on my bleeding toes which burnt like hell I love the man who always has done my feelings but this female has got to go she does not represent your business and is bad for business I don't honestly believe that. She had an apparent smokers cough and wore glasses and wasn't pleasant at all. I love the younger woman who has been there since they opened the new location. I know I can't be the only one this older woman has hurt and been off putting towards. I hope the owner sees this and talks to her!!!! I will only go back for fills!!! read more

Very enjoyable experience! Especially with all of this covid-19 mess going on, it was nice to have a self care day in such a peaceful environment. It truly felt like a getaway! read more

I told the man doing my nails to be careful of one of my fingers because i had cut it earlier that day. While doing my nails he was very rough and it hurt on almost all my fingers. When he got to that finger it hurt so bad i was wincing and kept pulling back and i reminded him of the finger. he said "oh okay" and kept going. he reopened the cut on my finger and then said "oh i see" dabbed it with a paper towel, and then put nail glue on my actively bleeding cut without asking me first and said "it work better than liquid bandaid. no bleed." i had nail glue and other stuff all over my all my fingers. the polish is super lumpy too. overall severely disappointed. read more

Terrible job. I've had gel manicures for years. I had a gel manicure here on a Thursday afternoon. On Sunday, one nails chipped and Monday another nail chipped. never happened at my prior places. Called and gave them an opportunity to fix it and they would not work with me. When I said I felt like they gave me. I choice but to write a bad review, he said "go ahead and do it". Terrible job and terrible customer service. Save your money. I won't ever be back. read more

They do a great job however i received a pedicure and manicure & it was more expensive than price listed. I didn't argue cuz they were busy. Only two techs working with 7 people waiting. I can never get in now that summer is here. I go in and they tell me a 3 hour wait. Ive spent tons there. Im looking for a place that lets me make an appointment. read more

Today was my first time getting gel done here. I really appreciated how much she took her time and was constantly making sure everything looked clean and even. Normally when I get gel the nails are not smooth and these look perfect. Plus they're the cheapest gel in town. I'm very very pleased! read more

US Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Marion, Ohio

Worst Experience Ever! The massage chairs were the only thing decent in that salon. I had to argue with one of the workers because he kept telling me my nails were fake and they were actually my real nails. Also getting a fill was the worst pain I have ever felt while getting my nails done. Never go to this place EVER!!! Not even worth the money I just spent. Ugh! I wish I didn't have to put a star for the review....but the star is for the massage chair. read more

I would give them zero stars but you have to give them atleast one in order to post a comment. I needed a pedicure but this place mad me upset only two techs were available which wasn't a problem because they didn't have any customers( that should have told me something) anyways the lady was very lazy and didn't seem to know what she was doing I could have painted my own toes or better yet let my three year old daughter do them. Bad service here don't waste your time or money!!! Not to mention they are way over priced!!! read more

See all

First off, I was really surprised when I looked US nails up to see what their hours were and saw such low stars. Once I looked on Yelp I did see that the reviews were pretty old. I know they have a lot of happy customers, like me, so we must never take the time to give them a good review. With this in mind, I wanted to let everyone know that this is the only place that I go to get pedicures. They have awesome massage chairs, they massage your legs (from the knee down), use hot towels on your legs and do a great job of polishing your toe nails. And the price for all this is only $37 which includes tax. The only reason that I did not give them five stars is because there are times that I have been in there when they don't have enough people working so there was a wait. Besides that, I think they do a terrific job and I have never been disappointed. I cannot comment on the nails though as I do not wear fake nails or even have them painted because I know that I wouldn't keep up with them! read more

Worst experience ever! The place wasn't clean first of all. My nails have never looked horrible as they did yesterday. They were going to send me out with them jagged edge and not shaped at all! The polish was put on messy and dried even worse! Worse experience ever! Would not recommend this place for anyone! Go elsewhere! Don't waste your money! Please just RUN!!!!! read more

Not a good place to have your nails done. My gel set chipped within hours. Not a good polish job. Stay away! Don't waste your money

I love the husband and wife team, Tim and Hanna. They are friendly and give a great pedicure. I come as often as I can and they just started opening on Sunday for the summer. read more
