First time visiting US Nail Spa Marion, Oh...by Rite Aid. ...so I wasn't familiar with prices or…read moreany thg. I hadn't had a pedicure in a while, but I take care of my feet, so they weren't crusty and/or dry. I could give a step by step account of my bad experience, but I won't bore you. I will just say that, I felt unwelcome'd by my Rep and I was getting bad vibes... no friendly conversation at all.... Heck...No conversation at at all....Let's say... I felt like she was having a bad day b4 I got there. The pedicure took about 20 mins plus 10 min dry time. Not a lot of excess scrubbing or digging for deep cuticles. My feet really were in good shape..., I just wanted to have a good soak and for her to make my feet look pretty. After asking her name, I thought that would break the ice and engage her in a conversation, but nope...na...da. Not even a word. Well, so I will just say..., 2 Star experience overall. The other Rep was very friendly with her customer as they were chopping it up"... laughing and talking. Heck.... I chimed-in on their conversation.... That was embarrassing, but..?? O' well... I, at least, felt a little better talking to " somebody"....looked like a somewat clean environment, foot tubs were covered in a blue plastic. Service....2 thumbs down. Store looked clean. It wasn't the place.., it was the Rep I had. Not sure if I will return....sorry if you were having a bad day... I, your new customer, did not have anythg to do with whatever happened b4 I got there~signed a missed opportunity for a new client

The older woman who did my pedicure last night was rude and made four of my toes bleed with the…read morecuticle removing clips and then she acted like it was my fault I was bleeding and was annoyed even though it was her that caused it it was not an enjoyable experience it was not relaxing like it should've been it was actually nerve-racking and then she put alcohol on my bleeding toes which burnt like hell I love the man who always has done my feelings but this female has got to go she does not represent your business and is bad for business I don't honestly believe that. She had an apparent smokers cough and wore glasses and wasn't pleasant at all. I love the younger woman who has been there since they opened the new location. I know I can't be the only one this older woman has hurt and been off putting towards. I hope the owner sees this and talks to her!!!! I will only go back for fills!!!
