First of all, VERY overpriced and unreasonable. I've been here a few times and each time I went I had Hung Pham do my nails. He did an okay job with my acrylics the first time but when I went back for a fill, Hung gave me attitude and sighed dramatically because he had to fix my chipped nail. With COVID going on, I liked that he made me wash my hands and sanitized my chair but his whole station was unsanitary and when I sat waiting for him to start my nails, he didn't wash his hands between clients. They all make you feel very unwelcome because they don't talk. I've tried to initiate conversation but all I've gotten is attitude. I tip generously and am very pleasant when I go but they act like they're being forced into slave labor and hate their lives. Unwelcoming, unsanitary, expensive and rude. I went there to get coffin shape nails and the dude wanted to charge me $65 just for the shape that wasn't including what was already going out of my pocket I will never go there again there rude they have $13 dollar tax they don't even say anything about text I have bubbles in my nails that I did not ask for my nails have never been done so bad and they shape that I didn't want I got almond shape nails I like it kinda but every single one of my nails are longer than the other. There not good with serving the customers there was a lady there before this one lady and they went ahead and took her over that lady. If I could, I wouldn't even give them or the nail tech who did my nails a star. I wanted my nails short because I use my hands a lot and don't like poking myself in the eye when I take my contacts out. Whoever did my nails argued with me and said, "If they're shorter then they won't be even." Instead of filing my nails to match the width to length ratio, she leave the width extremely bulky and purposefully makes my index finger nails shorter than all the others. If I could post a picture of my nails, I would. Don't waste the money. If you live in Marion, drive a little further to Spa and Nails Cocktails. They do phenomenal work for cheaper prices than garbage at Hollywood Nails. read more

This business has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Not only do they charge a lot for their services, they don't do a good job. They do not offer shellac nail polish on toes or full sets , so they charged me $5 extra to grind mine off. My mother and I waited 45 minutes for our pedicures and my mother's took maybe 10 minutes for $33!!! When it was finally my turn for my pedicure, I had to move chairs and the man proceeded to grind off my shellac polish. He cut seven of my toes!! It was so uncomfortable that I made him stop. When I demanded my money back the man acted as though he didn't cut me at all, nor did he apologize. It wasn't until we were going to inform the authorities that they gave me back my $38 dollars!! This was my first time there and i got a pedi. When the lady asked me if i wanted my nails trimmed i said yes. She cut them so short that they actually hurt!! This was an awful experience! In general the pedi was OK, but I notice my nails are not filed evenly. The gal who did mine was very busy whispering to the woman beside her and she seemed to lose focus. Plus, $30 for what I received is way high - I live in ATL now and the ones here are over $5 cheaper. The staff seemed bored of all the people coming in, it was hard to see any enthusiasm at all, and the place was not the cleanest. I was visiting Marion and we missed the chance to go to one I had heard good reviews about. If you're desperate, this would work, but if you aren't, I'd find a better place. read more
