I told her what I've historically done with my color and we talked about what the options were and I kind of let her do what she felt would look good. SHE's the expert! & she proved herself to be such! I am SO happy with the results!!! She was very thoughtful in the time she spent with me, so much so that I was almost impressed and felt bad that she did b/c time is money, right? But, she really did an amazing job. She was very thoughtful in the time she spent with me, very communicative when she needed to bounce in and out with other clients (which I was NOT unaccustomed to, so I almost expected that would be the case prior to my visit) and she was very mindful to what my preference would be, what my hair would tolerate well and also what would work with my hair and current color. She's SO easy to talk to and REALLY makes the time so by FAST! The salon itself is in a very conspicuous and deceiving complex. I was wondering if I was in the right place when I arrived, but I went in the front door and was shocked and surprised by the inside. The front looks kind of ... oddly abandoned and commercial and industrial... but when you go inside the lobby is super nice!!! You have to go through the entire lobby and curve left to get to the salon. The prices are SO fair! I haven't been to ANY salon that's offered this kind of thoughtful and attentive service coupled with this level of fair prices. I WILL be back! I can guarantee that!

She asked for my available times and I told my sister i was available on a sunday. My sister proceeded to ask and received a text from Michelle saying "Lydia (my sister) expects me to talk to her sister on Sunday. omg." Michelle had accidentally sent the wrong text to my sister that was meant for someone else. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not ask for available times and then go talk bad about clients trying o get your service! Not kind at all and very very poor service

Lisa was very, VERY attentive to my needs and all I can say are good things! We had a miscommunication on what I wanted originally and she handled it with grace and skill. She's very friendly and easy to talk to about pretty much anything, so you won't have to have an awkward silence while you're getting your hair done. I got my rather long hair cut into long layers, trimmed, thinned out, lifted (bleached) and colored. My hair feels so much lighter now that Lisa thinned it out. My neck used to hurt sometimes because my hair was so thick/heavy and I don't have that problem now, which is a relief. Lisa colored the bleached parts of my hair a gorgeous teal/green color, and I love it! She did what I wanted done with my hair, not what she wanted, which is a good thing to find in a stylist, and it's been hard for me to find in the past. I will definitely be going back as I was blown away by both Lisa's professionalism and performance. You will not regret going to this salon, I promise!

I was pleasantly surprised by Sarah and the owners that were in there! It was obvious that the owners take pride in their shop as they were actively working on improvements and discussing what would look best. Sarah has mentioned that it was actually her day off, but she was working a bit anyways.
