I recently moved from NJ to Conway SC. Finding a good nail salon hasn't been easy but I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! All of the employees are sweet nice people they are all very talented nail artist and make you feel very comfortable. They do beautiful work! I've been here a handful of times now and have had a few different people do my nails, the first two booths tho are hands down the best I think his name is Jv and I forget the girls name I wanna say Jenny I could be wrong but she's fantastic I will continue coming here over any other place around here. read more

Terrible customer service, rude employees. Dirty salon. The girl who did my nails jerked my fingers around and literally ignored me when I was speaking to her. I was EXTRA nice and even said if she was too busy to fit me in I could come back to try to see if that's why she was so miserable. My sister and I both left with crooked nails. He came over to me, said I gave them a bad review, replied I didn't. He then told me he didn't feel comfortable to do my nails. The service was good and the prices fair. I think the lady who did the mani/pedi for me didn't really understand what I was saying but aside from that communication issue everything was great. I didn't like that they used a plastic bag to like the tub when doing the pedicure. Not a big fan of plastic waste and they probably use hundreds of those a week, maybe more. Those tubs are so easy to sanitize why not just do that? read more

I went here for a fillin and these people were very rude, RACIST and disrespectful!! I broke one of my nails and nicely told the lady that the broken nail she fixed didn't look the rest and asked for it to be fixed and she got upset, spoke about me in another language, and sent me to another man. He was able to fix the nail problem however when i got up to wash my hands after he shaped them i came back and he tried to make me pay before finishing my nails. I asked them why? because i always pay after EVERY TIME i go but when i politely ask y'all to fix my nails and y'all YELL at me there is a problem? Terrible customer service and not a good atmosphere. The last three times I've had to wait over an hour, even if I make an appointment or am told the wait time is 15 minutes. Definitely not relaxing for the price of the experience. Go into Myrtle for a more quality salon. I recommend Elite or Market Common nail salon. Again, I've given this place many chances since it's close to CCU campus and the nail work is typically good, but the manager is rude and the atmosphere makes me anxious. read more

The pedicure was great! however, the woman doing my nails at station 4 was not good. She did a gel manicure in under 15 min. She only filed my nails, did not buff, cut cuticles or push them back. She went straight to polish. I will not be coming back. read more

i wanted to try this place because a lot of people i know go to this salon and there nails always looks good . When i got to the place they were busy , i waited 30 minutes to get seated to a pedicure chair . Then i waited an hour and a half for someone to actually start with my pedicure . After i the man finished with my pedicure i went to get a fill in . A lady starts doing them , then she leaves for like 15 minutes . As she left i'm assuming the owner came and talked to me . i showed him the nails i wanted and he said no problem that she can do them . As she is getting ready to polish my nails , she tells me they lost the nail polish they used on my toes . i was like upset . so i ended up getting a different shade of blue on my nails and i'm not happy about it . i payed $53 for something i don't really like .... read more

Love this place! I have been to over 10 different nail places before finding US Nails. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and they are the only ones that have managed to make me happy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Disappointed. I've been getting my nails done here while I'm here at school for over a year now. They are fairly priced and for the most part do a good job. I'm a fan of the DIP powder, I almost always get a mani pedi and I always leave a 20% tip. Last Wednesday I got my nails done but changed it and got just gel- their gel manicure comes with a clean up around the nails, which I desperately needed. On Sunday my nails were ripping from the sides because my nails were left to long and were too thin. Today, Monday I went in and showed them the man at the front told me to come back and he would fix them. The woman immediately told me that this was my fault and that my nail ripping was my own fault implying they shouldn't be fixing it free of cost. I simply replied I got a gel manicure 4 days ago and more then half my nails have paint chipped or are ripping- a gel manicure is known to last 2 weeks. She took of the polish of 5 fingers- then looked at me and asked what I expected them to do. I responded that I was unsure and that's why I had come to them I just wanted a simple fix. The woman told me I NEEDED to get an acrylic bond in order to fix it which I needed to pay for. I told her I didn't bring my wallet because I didn't expect to be paying for anything. SHE GOT UP AND SAID I CANT TALK TO THIS GIRL YOU TALK TO HER. I was astonished. The man came over asking what the problem was I said "sir, I'm not sure- she asked me what I expected and I responded I'm not sure that's why I came here, I come to you guys because you do a good job but a good job is a manicure that lasts 2 weeks not 4 days and I shouldn't be charged for something that could have been prevented if my nails had been cutting shorter. " HE INSISTED I NEEDED ACRYLIC I said why can't you just gule the sides and put new polish on to hold me over. He laughed told me it wouldn't work and I didn't know what I was talking about. I said honestly this type of business comes down to customer service- the customers always right please just fix my nails like you said and I'll be on my way. HE CONTINUED TO MAKE COMMENTS AND ARGUE. My nail is fixed and it looks fine. But I WILL not be returning to them. read more
