No follow up on her part, to which I would expect from a business owner. Requested classic set, was given hybrid. Being that I now go to another lash place, to compare services, I'm always given a fresh mat to lay my head on, and the new tech always uses rubbing alcohol on hands prior to touching my face/eyes, Ms Lydia did neither. Others seem happy with her service, sadly I don't recommend.

I had an important event in a week and really needed someone that I could trust. They set me up for an appointment with Joy. This…read moreplace has biblical verses posted on the walls as if it demonstrates their integrity but it's a front. Renee did not care about the look I was going for, even after a consultation appointment and showing the picture I brought multiple times. She showed up late, took calls in between putting foils in my hair, did the exact opposite of what I asked as far as where I wanted the color, spoke poorly and gossiping about the other stylist to both employees and other clients right before that young girl's shift, slapped my wet hair in my face multiple times, she kept bumping me while I was in her chair, she did the worst tinting I have ever seen like two giant caterpillars on my face and then, told me she couldn't finish the services to cut my hair and blow it dry because she was too tired. Mind you, I booked this appointment weeks in advance after waiting weeks for a consultation. She also charged me to correct her hard lines and for bringing the color too high when I went back for the corrections. This woman wants to retire and it shows. I moved to a new town going for a new look to feel better about myself and instead I've spent months feeling embarrassed because of her spiteful and deceitful actions. I had outgrown my hair to have healthy, thick and lush hair which is now fried and destroyed after being at this salon. She also told me she doesn't like people from out of town and despises growth in her city, so I think she did this to me on purpose.
