Take your money and time somewhere else- I called to make a next day appointment and was told to just call the next day a few hours before I was coming. The next day I called and they told me to come at 230. I arrived at 225 and after some check-in confusion was sat in a pedicure chair. I was there for a gel pedicure and manicure so I assumed someone would be coming to turn on the water and give me color choices. Nope! Sat there for 45 minutes with no one saying or doing a thing. I have went here for several years loved it! It has gotten worse over time. Came today to get a mani and just GEL polish on my toenails. Nails for acrylic painted NO design $75. SO OVERPRICED! They then proceeded to act as if I wanted a pedicure when I clearly told them I wanted just gel. They then told me I would have to pay $20 for the chair! I got color instead of what I wanted. I'm not one to leave reviews, so please. *Skip to last paragraph if you don't want to read everything, thats the most disturbing part* I went last month for a pedicure and wasn't please because, not only did we wait 45 minutes, without any warning, the lady who did it (Ken) sped through the whole experience and also missed spots with the polish, and I paid extra for the gel polish and the stone massage. The person I went with didn't even have her stone massage or her nails painted by the time I was done. I also had to sand my feet some more the next day. Went again yesterday because my best friend was in town and we thought it would be something nice to do together, when though we both know how to do our own acrylic, and decided to give this place another chance. First, my manicure (full set overlay with gel polish). The guy who did them (Cong) did a VERY THIN overlay (on a medium length nail), so I politely asked if he would make them a little thicker through the middle and free edge (which should've already been the case, so they don't break) and he seemed irritated and said well they will be thicker once I put the gel on, and I said I know (although they won't really be much thicker) and he made them ever so slightly thicker, but mostly at the cuticle region (wrong place). He filed them, basically filing off every bit of thickness he added and more. Painted them, which he did well with. HOWEVER, the apex of the nail is wrong and they are VERY thin at the free edge, and the nail isn't even all the way across. Next, my pedicure. The lady who did them (Chole) did a fantastic job. If I had too, my only complaint would be I don't feel that my feet are soft enough because didn't scrub them enough, however she did spend more time getting my cuticles clean and any hang nails. She was super nice though. *What makes yesterday's experience the worst though, was that I completed a survey that was sent to my phone while I was in the nail spa, which I completed after I left because everything wasn't done by the time I got the survey. I basically stated that I would likely be back for a pedicure and my only complaint was that I didn't feel my feet were scrubbed enough, however I would likely purchase my own gel polish and continue doing my own acrylics because the nail structure wasn't correct. I got a message shortly after and was asked to call the main number, so they could "make it right, and get this sorted" because it was "unacceptable" I get on the phone with whom I assume is the manager (Tina, I believe) who asked what was wrong and to speak. I tried explaining that the structure was wrong, and too thick at the cuticle. She told me I could have paid $20 more and they would have cleaned my cuticles on my hands, and I proceeded to explain that my cuticles themselves are fine, its that the acrylic is laid too thick at the cuticle region. I explained that the free edge was too thin. She didn't seem to understand nail structure. She tried stating that it wasn't fair to the owner, if I wasn't happy to leave a review like that, although I thought it was a survey just for them. She then proceeded to tell me that next time when I come in for a fill in two weeks they can fix it and make it look better.. (so I have to walk around with wrong structured nails for two weeks) and then proceeded to tell me just not to get Cong next time. I then explained that I had only been there a couple times and I don't know who is good, so i dont know who to ask for and she said you will just have to figure out who you like. I asked how many people I would need to go through before I found someone, because I didn't want to come pay $40-$50 every time and not be happy. She said they don't want my money if I'm not happy, and I then said, well you got my money yesterday, and she just said well thank you. & proceeded to tell me just to go somewhere else if I didn't like them, and I said no I'll just continue doing them on my own I guess, and she said "well okay thats fine. thank you, goodbye." Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back. read more

My mom and I went in today for pedicures. This was my 6th visit and her 4th. The salon does not take reservations which they may want to reconsider. We arrived at 3pm, were never told they were too busy, never told it would be a long wait, we were sat in seats and left for 50 minutes without anyone speaking to us. When we decided to get up and leave (something Ive never done) we informed the gentleman that wears the suit vests that we had waited almost an hour with no service, no explaination and he said nothing, didnt even apologize. The man that did my nails was Danny he was quite polite to me when speaking but mostly kept to himself. He did an EXCELLENT job on my nails! I am absolutely in love with them. My mom got a lady named Chloe, she was super sweet and friendly as well as knew how to make someone laugh, she also did a great job on my moms nails. However my Nana and little sister (who is 5) got a lady named Lisa, she was quite rude and my little sister was only getting normal nail polish but insisted that she get gel and we told her no several times but she did it anyways. She spoke rude and forcefully. She also did my sisters toes, my little sister put her feet in the water and accidentally splashed out and she threw a towel and the ground and looked at her and said "WHY WHY WHY!?" And then it was time for her to get up after she had finished and she looked at her and said "move" but she still did a good job on their nails her attitude just wasn't it. read more

I give them a four. My technician was very professional. She paid attention to my nails while she was doing them. The price is very fair it is what the going rate is. I was a walk in. I didn't have to wait long at all. The only reason they didn't get a five was because I still have some residual cuticle remnants left. She didn't bat an eyelash when I needed new acrylics. I will be back. I am glad that they are open seven days. Have lots of options.... Oh and lots of colors to choose from!!!! read more

My friend and I wanted a pedicure. I also asked for an eyebrow wax. We were told to go and have a seat at the pedicure station. Water was ran, but they just left us there for 45 minutes!!!! Without ever coming over to do our pedicures. Frustrated, we both dried our feet, and decided to go to another location to get our pedicures done. However I did want my eyebrows done. Tina is the one that usually does it. I was told to go back to the room to have it completed. Then 5 minutes later her daughter comes back and says that "Tina cannot do your eyebrow wax because she was in the middle of doing a gel set and she just couldn't abandon her work." I guess they were upset because we refused to pay for bad service. I will never go back there, and suggest unless you as a Customer have a lot of time to waste, and desire second class service for your money, and time...then don't support this Business. read more

I have been getting my nails done here for a while. It isn't a bad place to come, but you do need to have a lot of time to kill before deciding to come here. They also have hired a new desk person and he's a bit creepy if I'm being honest. It adds an awkward and uneasy vibe to the experience. Came here with my mom (who got a pedicure, i got a full set), took them over an hour to get to me and a hour and a half to get to her. Ended up being there for almost 3 hours. Although my nails look okay, the man who did mine was in a rush and any pressure at all applied to my nails hurts! He did also cut me a couple times with one of the machines. Don't go here my husband took our two girls to get there nails filled. My oldest had to have a couple fixed. She told the young girl to cut them as short as possible.
