I have been bouncing around trying to find a nail salon I enjoy that is reasonably priced and one I feel comfortable at. I came here on a Sunday just to try it and got a woman named Cindy, she did a beautiful job, I haven't had a pedicure in years but she made me feel comfortable enough that I ended up getting one and she did a fantastic job on both! I ended up coming back for a few months now and I can't say enough good things. Cindy is so talented! She's welcoming, and takes pride in her work, based off other reviews she is in high demand so I call in advance for an appointment. I'm so happy with my last set for Christmas they are gorgeous! I've been a loyal customer at this salon for the past two years, and I rarely complain about anything. Even when my regular nail tech is out of town and someone else does my nails in a way I'm not thrilled with, I've always been understanding. However, my experience during my 12/10/25 visit was extremely disappointing. Before I even sat down, I asked the salon manager if it was possible to get a cat eye effect using dip powder. I had already researched this beforehand, and Google also confirmed that cat eye can be done with dip. The manager answered yes, so I proceeded. I chose a gold color only because I thought it would look nice with the cat eye effect. This is not a color I would normally choose for myself. Once my nails were finished, I immediately noticed that there was no cat eye effect at all. The polish looked completely flat. If you Google "cat eye nails," the signature dimensional, magnetic line is consistent across every picture -- this was not that. When I told my nail tech, she was understanding and said she could change the color. She even mentioned that maybe my color was "too flat," which didn't make sense because the cat eye effect comes from the magnetic polish and technique, not the color itself. She showed my nails to the manager, and instead of acknowledging the issue, the manager insisted that this was the cat eye effect -- which simply wasn't true. If the salon does not know how to do cat eye, that should have been communicated upfront. I would have respected honesty more than being told something inaccurate. To make things worse, I was told that if I wanted to switch to a different color -- again, a color I never would have chosen had I known they couldn't do the effect I requested -- I would have to pay an additional $30. After two years of being a loyal client, never complaining, and always being respectful, I was disappointed to be gaslit and minimized rather than properly helped. The issue was not the color -- it was the service not matching what I clearly asked for. I went in for a pedicure, and the one I decided said to have a massage with lotion (as most do) and she pressed her thumb into each foot twice and that was it. Most people enjoy the massage part of the pedicure and it was non existent. This is the third time now I've tried to give a shot. I will not be coming back. read more

I had a deluxe gel pedicure yesterday. The entire pedicure was rushed with little effort to detail. My toes bled from the tool for cuticle removal. I had to tell her that she had hurt my toe. Today , I literally do not have polish on 2 of my toes. Meaning the gel prep was not set because of the rush. I am from out of town and can't go back to expect a redo but my advice, Don't go there!! read more

I got a $40 gel manicure and liked for about 3 hours. I got it on Saturday. I chipped Saturday, chipped and peeled Sunday, more chipping on Monday. Each chip on different nails too. I wasn't doing anything that would lead to chipping either. So now a few days later it looks terrible. read more

I've been going here for two years, I won't be anymore. The bad experiences have definitely outweighed the good. Got a fill in, they look terrible. None of them are even, they are crooked and bumpy as hell. Gel polish was sloppy, the lady literally hurt me SCRATCHING the gel polish off from around my cuticles. Nail broke the same day I got them done & they still had the audacity to charge me 5 dollars to fix it. The next day the gel polish started peeling. I'm taking my business elsewhere, I paid 50 dollars for a basic fill in with gel. read more

We had a fantastic experience from walking in to being greeted to being stationed immediately. I had a pedi and fill in, 2 of my girls had a pedi and polish and my other daughter a full set and design. definitely clean, definitely a great and enthusiastic team and over all experience. we typically go to Florence which I have to say the drive was the same, the experience was the same the time frame was completely different. I hate hate hate waiting but love quality and here I didn't have to pick one over the other even with a party of four. great job VIP!!! read more

Been going here for two years.if you want good service, go during the week days around 3-4pm. Danny is amazing. If you go during the weekend you are more than likely not going to get oh so great service or nails. Probably will be rushed out by a tired nail tech & end up with all kind of crooked misshaped nails. It can be a good experience if you go on the right day. read more

The only place to go in Conway! They are cleaner than other nail salons in the area. They are nice and every time I've gone in with a friend they sit us together. They also don't make you feel uncomfortable by talking to other technicians in a different language while working on your nails. I took my daughter and to have eyelash extensions and acrylic nails done. The place looks amazing I had a 6:30 appointment at 7:15 they finally started working on her nails we had brought a picture of what she wanted done they charged me $45 for her nails because it had a design the lady painted them the wrong color they look horrible we continue telling them it wasn't right and she said yes Mom this looks good. Not happy with this place at all! I called at 10 AM to make two appointments for fill-ins for my friend and I at 2:45! I get there wanting to wait on my friend so we can get our nails done together! The lady was extremely rushy with me when I made it clear we wanted to get them done together! Whatever the lady seats me and hands me nail colors well I couldn't find the color I wanted with the gel! I asked for the Dip colors because I like those! Lady who isn't even doing my nails tells me I have to take my acrylics off to do the powder! Um no! I walked in the salon with dip powder on my nails! She basically called my request stupid which she made a comment to another customer that someone directed me in the wrong way and we're just giving me false hope! Uhhh no! I have always done it this way! Appointment goes on he gets to dipping my nails, he obviously had no idea what he was doing cause he had to redo the color 3 times! The lady cocked an attitude because I didn't want my eye brows done! I have a certain person that does them and she wasn't happy I turned it down! So I'm waiting for my nails to dry and they start yelling at me to move! My friend requested to have her nails square and not too thick! Her nails were oval and extremely thick! I didn't like the fact that even with customers in the chairs they kept answering the phones and having full on conversations! BEWARE!!!!! I went there while on vacation on 07/04/2018. It's a beautiful looking place. However, I went there to get 4 nails fixed, I had the dip powder done in an ombre, I asked to make sure that they could fix them, the manager told me yes, no problem. I sat down and the woman told me to soak all of my nails and I questioned her and all she told me was she was going to fix them for me. Then she proceeded to cut all of my natural nails and I again asked what she was doing and she again told me she was going to fix them for me. I was so upset and she wondered why, and didn't know these were my natural nails. She apologized over and over and then I showed her a picture and made sure again that she could fix the bigger problem now and assured me no problem. Well I ended up with a horrible manicure which is a french manicure (not what I wanted) and when I went up to pay they charged me $58.00 and I said no way and I would pay for what I went there for (4 nails to be fixed) never mind 2 hours of my vacation time taken up and the manager then threatened me with the police. I signed for it and I am now disputing the charge with my bank. read more
