Unfortunately, her experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. Before even discussing the style she wanted, Wendy began cutting her hair and ended up cutting it much shorter than expected. When she realized the mistake, instead of taking responsibility or trying to fix it, she became overwhelmed and refused to continue the service. To make matters worse, the situation escalated to the point where the police were called. My mother-in-law left feeling distressed, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. No one should be treated this way, especially when trusting someone with a personal service like this. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this place to think twice and make sure this is the level of service and professionalism you're comfortable with.
