On April 17, 2026, my mother-in-law went to T&T VIP Nails to get her nails and a haircut done by the owner, Wendy Nguyen. Unfortunately, her experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. Before even discussing the style she wanted, Wendy began cutting her hair and ended up cutting it much shorter than expected. When she realized the mistake, instead of taking responsibility or trying to fix it, she became overwhelmed and refused to continue the service. To make matters worse, the situation escalated to the point where the police were called. My mother-in-law left feeling distressed, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. No one should be treated this way, especially when trusting someone with a personal service like this. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this place to think twice and make sure this is the level of service and professionalism you're comfortable with. read more

I got the $36 pedi and noticed they are not sanitary, they used some old rusted tools and they put a hot towel in a plastic bag that may I say looked already very used. And to top it off there was a small cockroach on me. The lady killed it with her hands and just continued with her service. They just laughed it off. If you're looking for a clean nail salon this is not it. I just pray I don't catch anything. read more

They have a good nail service but not so good hair service :( I didn't realize how short they cut my hair til I looked in the mirror of my home. On top of that the stylist didn't do what I asked. When I specifically told her what I wanted done to my hair. She tried to gaslight me into liking it and I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. My hair isn't bad but it's not what I wanted/asked for. Especially the price they over charged me for. read more

DO NOT (FOR THE LIFE OF YOU) GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE THERE. I grew my eyebrows out to have them professionally done, went here and got butchered. The lady literally waxed my eyebrows and the started plucking past where my eye starts. Then she plucked from the top of my other eyebrow and now I am a walking joke. Literally cried as soon as I left. Good pedicure though! read more

Disappointing. I've been working on a néw property for a year and finally took some time to myself for a man/ped. The lady told me repeatedly how bad my nails looked. What? lol um that's why I'm here? I spent almost $100 on services, the nail polish was all caked at my cuticles and on my fingers. Had to pick the nail polish off my fingers where she missed the nail. When I complained she blew me off and said it was bc my nails were in such bad shape. Oh ok right. lol. I would give less than 1 star if I could. I got my lashes done and within 24 hours had a double eye infection, needed a doctor and medication. They refused to refund my money and told me I probably already had the infection. I can't ever go back in there, they cussed at me, hung up on me and said I hurt their business with my Facebook review. They didn't care that that actually physically hurt me too, and I'm a nurse that works every night. This place needs to be closed bc this place is garbage and the owner and manager don't give a single crap. I had been going to them for many many years too and never had a problem. And took my daughters. This is how they treat loyal customers. Mess you all up, blame you, cuss you out and ban you. read more

They have millions of gorgeous colors, but they are beyond slow! They have plenty of employees just sitting on their butts doing nothing while 3 of us customers wait for them. I've been here at least 45 minutes and nothing has happened. Will not becoming back no matter how good the nails look, the service has to be just as good. Oh well. read more

I did my eyelashes and asked for natural and the quality was poor. I also had so much glue that my eyelashes stuck together and had to go have them removed. They cut them out and they left my eyelashes cut in half. On top of that they charged me to remove them and no apology was ever offered. read more

This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to (and I'm pretty old). From the second I sat down the technician was pressuring me to get more services ( a manicure which I didn't want). She would not stop and eventually started to shape my nails and ask what color polish I wanted. I told her 5 TIMES that I didn't want a mani. She eventually took my credit card while my pedi was drying. She came back and charged me for a mani and a pedi!!! I wanted to hurt her...the manager took the charge off, but was upset with me and did not apologize for his technician at any point. Don't go here read more

Horrible. Paid $40 for shellac service that lasted two days. And this was the second time the guy doing my nails did a horrible job. Th first time he didn't put a base coat on, so removing color was awful. Terrible service. read more

My second visit I was served by a man who did a great job but had an open sore on his thumb which made me very uncomfortable. Also, while I saw an autoclave sterilization machine, I did not see instruments being cleaned or even soaking in alcohol... not sure if I will go back. read more

The massage at this place was less than ideal. The therapist spoke only partial English, no medical information was requested, there was no questioning about what the client wanted for a massage, the table was not heated. It was not a terrible experience and the therapist was nice but seemed inexperienced. I would not go back there if there were any of several other good options in town available. read more

I'd like to give 0 stars. Went here with my mother-in-law and grandmother and the service wasn't that great, it was pretty awkward. We wanted regular pedicures but of course they wanted to up sell us. Well I declined and recieved the WORST pedicure! It was just awful. I wish I knew the ladies name but honestly they were all bad. Needless to say the next day my toe had puss oozing out and I now have an infection. The lady neglected to clean my toes properly. Just avoid this place! read more
