I trim my own cuticles so there's nothing to trim. Then he painted my nails.... No massage, no cuticle oil, nothing. They were going to charge me $20 for a manicure when all he did was get my fingers wet and paint them with regular polish. When I told the front desk woman what happened, she called the dude over and tried to argue with me about it. I explained if he had done a manicure why was I back there for a total of 15 minutes and half of that was waiting for him? So I paid for the polish only and left. I'm a pretty good tipper usually as well, 50%-100%. They missed out. My niece got a full set, and the lady that did her nails didn't speak any english at all, and was rude as well. It's super disappointing when you want to pamper your self a little and get that kind of terrible service. Will be looking for recommendations for a place that does the service they say they are going to do and are not rude.

They also offer nails, waxing and hair removal, but I'm a pedicure girl. And they never fuss trying to make me get more than I want! It's so relaxing to know you're in good hands and will leave with beautiful smooth feet and lovely toes, and nobody nagging you. (When somebody doing my nails nags me, argues with the other ladies in the shop, or constantly tries to talk me into spending more, it kills the relaxation vibe for me-that doesn't happen here!)
