However, yesterday I made a 2pm appointment for a Shellac Manicure & Shellac Pedicure. When I walked in I wasn't greeted and ultimately checked in on the login pad for my services. I was told both services would be performed at the same time and was escorted all the way in the back to a corner pedicure chair. This did not seem out of the norm at the time simply because the space needed to perform both services. I opted to have the Paradise Pedicure which did not include all the services listed on the brochure. Once I was in the chair a lady came and looked at my nails and told the gentleman doing my pedicure something in another language I did not understand and was told later she couldn't do my nails. I was also told they would find someone to do my nails in the meantime I asked if I could have wax services perform until someone was available. After that was finished no one was available and I was still getting a pedicure. It was now 4pm. I was greeted by a young lady who took my shellac polish off and soaked the remaining off. She was able to complete my nails and I asked for her information, so I could contact her if I needed to make another appointment and later to find out they fired her for giving me her contact information. Which listed Nails of America in Clute as her place of business. I believe this was ludicrous and extremely rude. If it were not for her my services and kind mannerisms, I would have still been sitting though the worst experience I have ever had in the nail industry. I will not going back to this establishment nor recommending it to anyone going forward. *rated 1 star only because it was required to post.

I trim my own cuticles so there's nothing to trim. Then he painted my nails.... No massage, no cuticle oil, nothing. They were going to charge me $20 for a manicure when all he did was get my fingers wet and paint them with regular polish. I explained if he had done a manicure why was I back there for a total of 15 minutes and half of that was waiting for him? So I paid for the polish only and left. I'm a pretty good tipper usually as well, 50%-100%. They missed out. My niece got a full set, and the lady that did her nails didn't speak any english at all, and was rude as well. It's super disappointing when you want to pamper your self a little and get that kind of terrible service.
