She and the owner inspected her work, but It didn't make a difference for quality assurance. I do want to brag about Mr.Mark! He provided one of the most relaxing pedicure massages I've ever had! His English was perfect so we were able to chat and crack jokes. I'd skip this place for hands, but HIGHLY recommend Mark for pedicures

I told her I wanted a French tip nail and this is what she gave me. The next day I came in asking for a refund or for them to completely take it off my Nails And to get a new set she would not give me a refund, I mean, who wants their nails looking like this this is absolutely unacceptable and terrible, they do not use sterile supplies, when going to nail shops, you were supposed to see them open a sterile pack with the supplies that they're about to use, they do not do that. Please be safe when coming to these nail shops.

Lee was a tad rough, meaning he used the drill bits fast and for too long... which causes too much heat. Also my nails got cut all the way in, and were not cleaned under. There was dirt when she finished. My pedicure was alright, but got my toes painted and they missed spots and left paint on my cuticles. I did come in an hour before close, but people got there after me and got taken care of without their nail techs rushing. Over all, felt and looked rushed, and was an unprofessional experience. My partner got only a pedicure and we finished at the same time, just to put things into perspective. Same technician did both my mani and pedi. My partner's technician was moving fast but managed to do a good job.

Probably one of the best 12 min foot massages in life. My only "complaint" is the way my nails and toes did not match. The powder I selected was beautiful, but when she opened the jar, it was empty. For me sitting with a straight back is what I need. (when you have chronic low back pain the poofy cushion chair wasn't for me) but other than that, it was a nice experience.
