Just took in two brand new 5 gallon each tanks that I recently purchased from Costco. Both were empty, and the first time I'm having them filled up. The first tank was full at 4.9 gallons on the metered gauge. The second tank allegedly was full with only 3 1/2 gallons. I will return to this business when I'm looking to get ripped off again. I must say that the power of yelp is amazing. As I am reviewing this on yelp toward the end of September in 2020, the business has an average of two stars. If zero stars was an option I would give that. This idiot at the counter doesn't know how to listen. I clearly asked him for 20, $2 tickets for the mega millions, I hand him 40 dollars and he gives me 2 $20 tickets back. Says there's nothing he can do. I told him I explained these are going as gifts in birthday cards and they need to be on separate tickets and he said it's too late. Don't fill your propane here!!! Total rip off on prices. They don't weight, they just guesstimate and fill low. The weight was way off. I also have a quarter size camping tank that they wanted to charge double the weight price. I asked for the weighted price and he said "no, only cash" and that he wouldn't weight it. The weighted price would be $5 but he wanted $10 cash. I explained to him the weight and he walked away. I let him know that I'd be filing a complaint with Weights and Measures and he said go ahead. Shortly after when returning from the store and passing by I watch him removing the price signage. I took video and attached a photo as well. How many unsuspecting people are ripped off? If you have ready any of my posts I am definitely a glass half full kinda person. That said this station owner provided possibley the worst customer service ever. He refused to provide free air until I pumped gas. I've pumped gas dozens of times here and informed him I would again right after I filled my air. As a local in this neighborhood I will never again return for gas or any other service. Spread the word. Vote with your dollars. Never reward bad service. read more

Totally False Advertising! There is no free carwash- its $7 with a $2 discount if you buy 15 gallons. Not even 13 as advertised. When I spoke to the extremely rude service person he told me "You are American, read the signs. Restrictions apply". No Free Car Wash! False Advertising! I paid $50 on gas to get a free car wash. He wanted to charged me for car wash claiming it's just a discount!!! I had to show him their huge banner on top of the building stating Free Car Wash and not discounted. Eventually no free car wash. I had to go to other place and I got a cheaper car wash. Wow, we just dropped of a friend at John Wayne and needed gas for the ride back home. We went inside and asked the older lady, about 75, if we could use the restroom. She muttered something then pointed to a corner in the establishment. Once my partner was inside the restroom, I heard the cashier loudly mention if "nobody has a restroom at home." Once my partner came out, I stepped inside to do my business and when I was finished, I opened the door only to find the cashier waiting for me with her arms crossed! She then barged inside and checked to see if I had left a mess, and then flushed the toilet. To top it all off, she glared at us all the way back to our car. I was going to buy gas but I went down the street after this humiliating experience. This behavior is completely unacceptable. read more

I only risk driving with the gas light on so I can get the free car wash with the 10 gallon fillup. That's what sucks about having a 10 1/2 gallon tank. Probably not the best idea just to save $3. There's cheaper places around, but if you add everything up, you still save a buck or 2 with the car wash. If you pay for this free car wash, it's only $3, basic, no spot free, no dry. I just go home and dry it off myself. I have tried the spotfree rinse and dry, and it is spotfree! nice! They give you 30 days to use the code for the free carwash. Don't wait!! The gas prices here are average and yes its nice it comes with a free car wash, but its only a wash. Upgraded to get the spot free rinse and dry got cut off with the dryer and only got half of the car. For the worth of this car wash you can go to shell pay $1 more and get the full works and cheaper gas. read more
