You could not possibly imagine a better immigration lawyer than Len Saunders. My case was a bit…read morecomplicated, so I carefully weighed the alternatives - other lawyers, paralegal companies, Reddit and Visa Journey support groups. Len stood out from the beginning because of his experience and extensive public record as an advocate and problem solver. His price was quite reasonable for the quality of support we received. During our 2-year process of obtaining a spousal immigration visa while my US-citizen spouse and I were living in Canada, he and his paralegal, Pavan, were incredibly efficient at filing all the necessary paperwork and preparing us for the next steps. Len was available to answer questions on short notice. He responded to texts and phone calls within minutes. If an important milestone or change came up, he reached out to us before we had time to think about it. We live just across the Canadian border from his office, so he encouraged us to drop by for check-ins regularly. In addition to his legal expertise, he is an entertaining conversationalist and a great coach. When our spirits were lagging, he was always able keep us optimistic with witty anecdotes and practical advice. By contrast, when I looked at the self-help community support groups, a majority of the posters were experiencing anxiety and frustration and delays because of mistakes in paperwork or wrong assumptions about their situations. Len took care of us with endless patience and expertise. He thoroughly prepared me for my interview at the US Consulate in Montreal and accurately predicted how it would unfold. When our case was approved, he was as happy as we were. I can't recommend him highly enough.

As someone with a US immigration and denial history, I was very paranoid and stressed out about the whole process. Suraj was compassionate, patient, and professional. After a initial consultation, where I disclosed my needs and circumstances, he worked to create an individualized application for me with the documents I provided. He and his colleague, Jessi, worked efficiently and hassle-free, mostly over email. The entire application process took about a month and I successfully obtained my visa during the first interview with the consulate, which was such a lovely surprise for me since I had been expecting more hassle. Even afterwards, when I experienced complications with the later processing of my visa (which turned out to be a technical problem, thank god), Suraj was so compassionate and ready to help, which I so appreciated. Thanks to their assistance, I was able to travel to the US smoothly earlier this month on the visa they helped me obtain. Suraj and his team clearly had the professional knowledge as well as personal compassion to assist in US immigration matters, I would not hesitate to trust them with any future US immigration/visa issues should I experience any in the future!

I am writing to thank you for the overwhelming support you provided and exceptional work you did for me during my personal injury ICBC claim. No doubt, you remember the seriousness of this car accident - it was a miracle everyone involved survived. My severe injuries meant that I could no longer continue schooling for my chosen field. Due to your quick thinking, dedication, and meticulous efforts, not only was I able to immediately change areas of study and finish school on schedule, but your support and guidance also helped me to choose a new career direction - a new career that I truly enjoy to this day. Thanks to you, I was able to focus on healing and rehabilitation while you both looked after all my current and future needs along with the tough demands of the case.
